Beautiful high-quality prints
One of my prints arrived damaged, however, they quickly sent out a new print after I provided some pics. I'd recommend since they have many beautiful, high-quality prints with vibrant colors. I love them all! My only complaint is they shipped the pieces in a tube vs a flat box which is what caused the damage.

Excellent service! So happy with my two framed pictures, even nicer than expected but what really made me leave this review was the excellent customer service. I emailed to ask when I might expect delivery (as wanted for a Christmas present) and Chloe kept me informed at all stages, even emailing once I’d received notification from DPD - above and beyond - thank you!

I have ordered a number of prints from Fy! and can only say good things. The artwork is fantastic, but what really stands out is their customer service. I have had a few shipping issues and the company made it a priority to stay on top of and correct my issues - even by sending a replacement shipment free of charge.

Slightly late but worth the wait. Customer service top notch
The delivery time was very slow, it took over 2 weeks for these to arrive. However, the quality of the prints is very good-highly pigmented,nice thick paper and well packaged. I'd also like to give a special mention to Chloe at customer service, who responded to my requests very quickly, and once I'd let her know that delivery had been delayed, they arrived very quickly afterwards

I’ve just received my first order from this company, and the prints and frames are absolutely brilliant. There was a delay in dispatch that initially made me quite nervous, but it turned out to be a genuine issue that was resolved. In the end, the final product was well worth the wait.

Excellent quality and customer service
Have bought from this company on a couple of occasions and their prints, and customer service is second to none. The latest prints I bought had a mark on them and I asked for a refund on one of them and a replacement for the other and it was all done within 24hrs. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.
