I ordered two of the larger art prints and had questions regarding delivery and packaging as it was coming unframed. Fy got back to me in less than 24 hours and my order was safely packaged and the prints look amazing. It's not my first time shopping with Fy and it won't be my last.

Make the wall prettier

Top company to buy from
In terms of Fy, the experience could not be faulted. I did have delivery issues, completely out of fy's control and completely the fault of the local postal service in Ireland, and not only did Fy handle it perfectly, they were probably one of the quickest companies to resolve the issues that I've ever had to delal with.
So what went wrong?
Fy in fairness to them sent the item with a tracking number, but the postal service here sent the item to the wrong mail centre and it took 1.5 weeks for the service to track down, resort, and deliver. At that stage I had to select another print for my gift.
What went well?
The quality of my print when it arrived was way beyond expectation. Thick, almost card-like paper. I honestly could not fault them and Chloe was super quick and responsive, solving my query within a matter of about 3 hours from my first contact.
Final thoughts:
5* for fy
1* for the Irish postal service
100* for Chloe

Two art pieces ordered
I ordered two pieces of art from FY. One arrived in perfect condition but the second piece was poorly mounted and separating from the frame. I reached out to customer service and after sending photos of the issue, they rapidly replaced the second piece without any additional cost to me. Giving 4 stars because of that first issue, but the follow-up was great. Nice artwork at a very affordable price.
