Poor customer service

Poor customer service. No proper record kept for item purchased. My item was returned and there was no record of receiving it back. It goes back and forth, on and on and praying for a refund of nearly £600 to be made.

Beware soak.com and ibathuk are the same company and would not be surprise that items purchased / customer service is the same.

Shocking Customer Service.

I purchased a toilet through ebay but after a few hours I realised this was no longer suitable for us. I contacted them straight away through ebay messages asking them if it was okay to cancel the email.
24 Hours later.. no reply. So I emailed again. Still no reply.
I called them their customer service email.. I was told because it had not been sent it was fine to cancel and they would refund me the same day.
No refund..
Instead the next day I was sent tracking information! I phoned them again to explain the situation and they said because I hadn't contacted them It had been sent and I would have to reject the order! (Are you kidding?)
The item never arrived and the tracking kept saying it was being scanned at the depot...
I called again a few days later and they said the item had been returned to them so they would refund but I had to open a case via ebay...
I had to wait a further 3 days until I could open a case! Once I finally did this I was told it would take them 5-7 days to process the refund!
Only when I told them how shocking their service was did they finally click refund!
I have no idea who is running their customer service department but its quite clear they have no idea what they are doing!
It's a shame because we had planned on purchasing other items from them for our bathroom refit but now we will be avoiding them like the plague.

Outstanding Service…

Outstanding Service We took delivery of a toilet some 3 weeks ago just unpacked it and the cistern was chipped. Phoned and without any problems were promised one to be delivered as a replacement. It came today exactly as they said, outstanding service.

Good after sales service

We ordered decorative radiators from ibath. They were competitively priced but we were hesitant to use the company after reading some reviews on this site. We decided to use the company and do not regret doing so. We ordered four radiators and unfortunately one was delivered with damage to the corner. We put this down to the delivery company and were concerned about the problems we may face getting our radiator replaced. We should not have been concerned. After emailing ibathuk we received a reply promptly and our request for a replacement was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Considering the competitive pricing and customer care we received I would recommend ibathuk.

Different products from anywhere else, delivered without issue

I could only find matching waterfall taps for my new bath and basin on Ebay/ IbathUK. I looked at the reviews and thought I was taking quite a risk, but ... Ireally wanted those taps!! All went completely smoothly. The taps arrived, well packaged, all present and correct, within a few days. I am now looking at the horrible reviews and am wondering if they are left by the same person under different names (many different names) in some sort of grudge attack. Who knows. Anyway - great product, great service - whole-heartedly recommend!!

Pathetic Service!

Pathetic Service!

I paid to have a shower screen delivered the following day. I ordered the item via Amazon. The item never arrived. I was paying the plumber and the other tradesmen £400 per day to install me a bathroom, and this is the reason that I wanted this delivering the following day. It never arrived, and still has not arrived. I contacted the company to request that the item is not sent out, and they told me that the item had already been collected by the courier. It is now Sunday, and I have just received the following message from the company.

"Unfortunately, we do not have a collection service for unwanted items.

This will need to be returned back to us of your own accord I'm afraid, with a courier of your choice.

If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to call us on 02476 389 054

I have been hearing very bad things about this company, and there is a company called IBATH which has no connection to this company, and when I contacted them thinking this was the company I had ordered the item from, they told me that they had nothing to do with IBATHUK, and suggested that I have a look at the complaints that are on the internet about this company, and when I see what people have been writing they will never order from them again. I have done this, and considering the company do not even have a returns service, I can now see why they are writing these reports.

Speak as you find.

Reading the reviews I was reluctant to use ibath. I'll start by admitting it was a single item (exposed thermostatic shower bar) purchase but everything was absolutely fine. Easy order and arrived quickly. It would have been 5 stars but I won't be fitting this any time soon so don't know how good the product is. If it's possible to alter later I will when it's fitted. If ibath have something I want I'll use them again.

Purchased WC unit

Purchased WC unit, accidentally licked add to basket twice but only needed 1 unit. Emailed straight after explaining and asking to remove second item from the purchase list. Ignored! Few days later, emailed back again as still displayed as UNPAID item on my list, still IGNORED. Few days letter received UNPAID CLAIM case from the seller! Are you joking? Emailed again and guess what? - IGNORED AGAIN!

Avoid at all cost

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. I requested to cancel my order on 28th April and was first told to contact Paypal for my Refund. After spending 30 mins on the phone to Paypal they said that the seller should refund it back to me and that they will send them a message to refund the payment back to me. Today i've contacted them again and STILL no refund. They are asking me to wait another 7 working days for my refund which is really silly.

They don't even respond to emails, give you attitude and lie through their teeth.

Worst mistake of ordering via this company. Stay away from them.

Great price and products- bad delivery process

The vanity sink and basin i bought were very reasonably priced (compared to everything else i saw and couldn't afford!). Seems to be of decent quality and works well so far. However I had some major problems getting my item delivered as it came in 3 separate deliveries that all had to be signed for which was a bit ridiculous. Overall I am happy, the sink looks very good in my bathroom and can recommend this company.

Extremely disappointed and would not recommend to anyone!
I ordered 2 sinks and units from iBathUK. When they came both the units were broken. Sent out for new units and when they came one was broken again! Ordered ANOTHER unit and it was really smashed up.
When I make phone calls to them they ask for picture evidence and say they will be dealing with the request of a new unit. They DO NOT get back to you at all and I think the customer service is disgusting!

If I could give them less than one start then I would. Please do NOT buy from this company!

Bank dispute was the only way to get refunded

We ordered about £5,000 worth of bathroom fittings (showers, taps, bath, etc). Ordered 2 months before the job started - we ended up with the builders having to keep stopping as nothing had arrived. Alan at ibath kept assuring us things had been sent (when we checked directly with the manufacturers there was no record of our order!)

Most things eventually arrived after many stressful phone calls. However we had some items that never arrived. Eventually we had to go through the bank to get a refund as this man is a complete crook and was refusing to refund us for things we hadn't received. The bank emailed him multiple times, and he never replied. Therefore they seized our payment back from him, and refunded us directly.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY - he seems nice in person, but he's incompetent and dishonest.

totally unacceptable customer services …

totally unacceptable customer services that 'loose emails' and change their minds about refunds and returns. Items, toilet, cistern, vanity sink unit and tall cupboard, were all shoddily made and battered. Toilet was too low for me to use (disabled so had noted the height of the toilet carefully but was not as specified in advert on Amazon), the seat won't stay put no matter how tight you screw the bolts so is dangerously wonky. The cistern will not flush properly so I have to use a jug plush flush. The press button flush is so dodgy that it sometimes doesn't pop back out and leaves water running continuously. Today the pipe was blocked (not visible) and it ended up flooding my bathroom floor. I have had the plumber out twice so far, to fit said rubbish then try and sort the cistern, which I couldn't adjust but neither could he. It was a fault of the cistern and toilet despite being told they were suitable together. Two months later and still getting the run around. Don't buy from this seller!

Thermostatic Rainfall 3 way use Shower

Spoke to iBath over the phone to start with to make sure the item I was looking at was fit for purpose, the phone representative had good product knowledge and gave me confidence to go ahead with my order. So I ordered it, it arrived one day earlier than expected, the packaging was good and everything was intact, checked through all the components, 30 mins later it was fitted up and running, and it looks good too,
I cannot see what all the bad reviews and feedback are about this company, I will definitely use iBath again,

Ordered something by accident on my …

Ordered something by accident on my personal eBay account ( I was meant to order off our work eBay account but didn't realise I was logged into mine) I rang them straight away to cancel and was told to ring back in a few hours so it goes through and that as I had put a cancellation request in it would be automatically held. Half an hour later I get an email saying it's been dispatched! I called again and she said I'll have a refund within 3-5 working days. That was last Wednesday. So as it's the 5th working day and it's still not there I rang again. To be told from Wednesday they had 48 hours to process and THEN another 7 working days from then to give me the refund. The item was never even sent! Absolute idiots and do not care at all. Looking at the other reviews aswell - avoid at all costs
UPDATE. JUST RECIEVED THIS MESSAGE 'Dear Danielle, Thank you for your email and I am very sorry for the delay with my reply. I am very sorry, but I can see that the a refund had no been raised, but this is something I have personally done now. I can fully understand that you have been waiting, but please be aware this can take 3-5 working days to clear back into your account. Kind regards '
So when I called this morning and was told they were allowed 48 hours then another 7 working days and that the refund had been processed I'm now told it was never raised?? Absolute joke of a company!

Whateve you do DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Their 10 year warranty is not worth the paper it's written on. It's been 4 months since I've been promised a refund for a shower which went fault after 6 years, well within it's 10 year warranty period. I have had to chase them on a constant basis and still no avail. I have a working life and it's not easy to take time out to chase these cowboys. DONT DO IT

waterfall/rainfall thermostatic shower

Product arrived on the Thursday with a loose nut rattling around in the shower head. Opened it up and saw the culprit and the bolt that it had come off. Was happy to put the nut back on the bolt and tighten this back up but ibathuk asked for some images of the problem so they could look out for it in future and sent me out another shower the following Monday.

I now have two!

Full marks for making a problem go away and pleasing the buyer.
