Absolutely terrible company!
Absolutely terrible company!! DO NOT ORDER!! Ordered a basin and toilet on 28th Feb...... it's now 29th march and I have a pile of 4 broken basins and finally revived my toilet! First basin come damaged, sent in photos and they sent a replacement, cut a long story short this happened 4 times! Stupidly enough in the mean time i ordered a toilet and they only sent the seat and flusher.... no actual toilet!! Was promised my toilet next day delivery and it didn't turn up for another weeek! Customer service is s**t no one wants to help and now I want a refund they want me to wait ANOTHER week for a driver to collect all my items!!! Absolutely fuming, staff don't want to help, and items keep turning up damaged- or not at all. DO NOT ORDER!

Great after sales service
Purchased a Thermostatic shower kit back in 2012 with a 10 year guarantee, it developed a fault where it was either hot or cold. Phoned Ibath on Thursday and spoke to Melissa, she found the original order on the system and advised me that the product was now discontinued. She said she needed to check if they had any spare parts available and promised me a call back. Less that 2 hours later she did as promised and called back, they had the spare part in stock and advised that she would put 2 in the post as the product was discontinued but parcel wouldn't leave till Friday as it was too late for despatch that day. Saturday arrived and so did the parcel with 2 thermostatic cartridges as promised. Great aftersales service.
Customer service amazing.
I ordered a tray and shower enclosure the were delivered quickly and promptly.
The tray was installed no problem, but when we opened the enclosure it was smashed into tiny little bits, spoke to customer service and they asked for evidence of the glass. Sent the pictures and the next day was emailed from a lovely person called Natasha asking if anyone was hurt and that a replacement would be sent out for delivery next day. Wow I thought how great is that I have the fitters waiting and was very apprehensive about getting a replacement. I have given a four star rating as I'm waiting on the delivery but everyone please be aware that just because a company makes a few mistakes its how they proceed to handle them after, I am very impressed by this company and will definitely use them again for my next project. Well done guys remember its how you handle the after not the before.

I've seen this company get a lot of bad feedback. I had already placed my order on Amazon by the time I read these reviews and I was filled with dread but lo and behold the complete shower set arrived on time, in tact, as described with the delivery driver ringing before arriving.
I was quite surprised a company that sounded like something from watchdog actually delivered their promise... but wait it gets interesting.
The day came where the bathroom fitter came to installing the shower. Everything was going as planned till he came to install the glass enclosure. Now bear in mind he has installed many bathrooms but as he was placing the glass pane in to the runners with a slight nudge the glass shattered in to a million pieces.. there was glass absolutely everywhere (thankfully no one was hurt). Immediately I thought cheap and defective product so I was straight on the phone to ibathuk and again they answered the call and I spoke to a lovely woman who showed quite some concern, logged my complaint straight away and had it expedited that same day.
The incident was reported on Friday and I had a brand new enclosure delivered on Tuesday. All they asked for was some evidence of the damage in the form of pictures which I happily obliged. They did not ask for anything to be returned and had the remaining batch of showers checked for defect (so I was told)..
All in all I spoke to representatives of this company 5 times. I wasn't left on hold, they were all pleasant to speak with and dealt with everything as I expected from a large retailer. Was I one of the lucky ones? I genuinely can't say.. maybe they had a big shake up and got rid of poor staff but honestly they were spot on with me.
I haven't given them 5 stars because i've only just had the shower installed and I haven't tested it thoroughly so can't say on build quality.

Haven't got any of our orders right always sending the wrong thing and twice something worth less than we paid then expecting us to foot the cost of returning would recommend to never use them I know I definitely won't be

So , before giving ibath a call to order several items I thought I'd read previous reviews. Wow! I was shocked at how many poor reviews were listed. "Poor customer service ""screenshattered" "avoid at all cost"
After reading these , you'd give a wide berth usually right? Not me . I really liked the products they were selling and the prices, not particularly cheap but good . I ordered a low profile tray , wetroom screen with return panel , a vanity unit with sink and back to wall toilet. Several other bits . Spent a lot .
Within 2 days delivery was confirmed and out it came . I checked everything and signed the ticket . This was 4 weeks ago . I'm a builder and have been fitting out my own bathroom at home . Everything I ordered was perfect . Really quality goods without flaws.
I would definitely use this company again and will be recommending my clients to use ibath.
I have had a good experience with this company and would like to thank them for a great device .

WELL IBATH OR SOAK OR WHATEVER THEY ARE CALLED ARE SIMPLY APPAULING. FAULTY BATH - BOLT NOT SET UPRIGHT BUT AT A ANGLE , IF YOURE NOT A PLUMBER YOU WOULDNT KNOW . PROMISED A REPLACEMENT NEXT DAY BY SOMEONE THAT HAS ONLY WORKED FOR THE COMPNAY JUST 1 WEEK. CONTACTED THEN AS THEY HAD NOT SENT ME EMAIL RE DELVIERY OF REPLACEMENT ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT GUY OFEREING ME REPLACEMENT IS WRONG, SPEAKING TO PAUL WHO ASSURES ME THAT HE WILL GET ONE ON FOR TOMMORROW AND THAT HE WILL CALL ME BACK IN 1 HOUR. NO CALL BACK , CHASED AGAIN NOW BEING TOLD PHOTOS OF DEFECT ARE NOT CLEAR - THEY MOST CERTAINLY ARE - SHOWS BOLT AN ANGLE RATHER THAN UPRIGHT BUT HEY HO NO GOOD ENOUGH FOR THEM , GET MORE PHOTOS SENT OFF IMMEDIATLEY . NOW UP THE SCALE TO MELISSA WHO VOICEMAILS ME WITH A DEFINATE FOR THE NEXT DAY ON REPLACEMENT. PHONE AGAIN JUST IN CASE AND GUESS WHAT - THEY HAVE NOT GOT IT ON BOARD . ITS NOW 5.17 PM AND I AM PROMISED IT WILL BE HERE TOMORROW - I LIVE IN EXPECTATION
Sceptical but pleasantly surprised.
Came across this site after ordering some bathroom taps from the company.
I was very sceptical, whether my items would come after reading some reviews on here but as ibath were recommended by a plumber friend, I thought I'd not cancel my items.
2 days after ordering, the taps have been delivered exactly what I wanted.
Can't fault them.
Zero response
I ordered a sink with a vanity unit to go under it and when it arrived it was damaged in 3 separate places. As well as this there was also some poor 'workmanship' (not that a human made it, I am sure it was a mass produced kind of thing!)
The sink was cracked and the unit had a hole in it so I contacted the seller through Ebay but had zero response. I had to wait a week before I could escalate the complaint to Ebay themselves. Within hours they had agreed with my complaint and refunded me. I wish I had seen the reviews on this website before I ordered because I wouldn't have touched them with a barge pole!

iBath offer awful customer service. Failed to deliver whole order and failed to call back on several occasions when they had promised to. Avoid this company.

These guys are the worst of the worst. They delivered the wrong items - not what I had ordered.
IBath's delivery driver refused our builder request to take the wrong items back - they were dropped on our property and left there.
I was then told to photograph the items delivered and e-mail them, which I duly did.
Alas, my photo didn't show their 'quick code' - there were at least 5 codes attached to the radiator.
10 days in an I am yet to receive the items I've ordered - I'm stuck with 2 useless radiatiors and I'm £150 out of pocket.
I have now got to drive 50 miles to the property to rephotograph the wrong items if I want to receive what I originally requested.
A monumental f@ck up, of IBath's making and a situation I would do everything to avoid in the future.

I ordered a tall bathroom cabinet from iBath, but chose to go via Amazon in the hope that it would offer some additional buyer protection due to the bad reviews I had seen regarding iBath. The cabinet arrived damaged and had a manufacturing defect. I raised a return case via Amazon and received a quick response from iBath requesting photos. I sent the photos but heard nothing else. I phoned a couple of days later and was told it was being dealt with that day and that they would probably send a replacement out via next day delivery. The person I spoke with wouldn't actually deal with it herself! 3 days later, nothing had arrived! So, I called again. This time (after being on hold for considerable time at my expense!), I spoke with Daniel Hughes who dealt with it immediately and promised a replacement cabinet would be sent out via next delivery. I was very sceptical, but was amazed when a new cabinet arrived the next morning! This time it had additional packaging to protect it during transit. I suggest that iBath should do this with all their products in future and also improve their quality control inspections before they send out products.
They just wont give you a refund
I bought a shower unit from them, but on their website they suggested I buy some easy fit items. It didn't say I needed them, just suggested ( other people who bought this item also bought . . . etc. ) it, and then it was not clear if I need 1 or 2 items ( it was for the water supply ) so I bought two. In the end I didn't need them, and asked if I could return them. They said yes, sent me an email to download the returns form, and I posted them off. I did get an email saying a refund had been given, but it has not, and now, 1 month later, I am still waiting

Trust me when I say this company are untrustworthy and to be avoided. I believed as we all do that possibly these reviewers were wrong when advising you to avoid IBATH. Heed their advise! BE WARNED!
As an architect a product I purchase was dangerous and not of acceptable health and safety standards. IBATH are unethical and dishonest and fully aware of how they are trading unethically.
Trading Standards are investigating my issue of this product NOT BEING FIT FOR PURPOSE, yet IBATH do not care, as they know their products are insubstantial and misrepresented. They are well practiced in trading from an unethical perspective and happy to continue doing so. Please shop else where and save yourself the argument, all the negative reviews are to be heeded!

I bought this unit from these back in Oct 2016. I signed for it on the 4th Nov 16. I had plumbers coming to convert my bathroom BUT they gave me 3 different dates. When I had the final date to start, I started buying new units and toilet. I have a disabled child aged 15 and he used to keep flooding us out when he was younger but now he just be diagnosed with DVT so decided to have a bath installed to help him with his circulation. This is the unit in question, 903mm Toilet and Sink Vanity Unit Bathroom Basin Furniture Gloss White HGW2411. I have a box bathroom and this would be perfect. Today the workmen turned up, I got them off checkatrade.com and this is the 3rd major job they are doing for me very reputable with a 9.95 score out of 10, thats whay I use them. Everything was ok until it was time to install the new toilet. The problem is it was a box within a box a bit of bubblewrap. The toilet is even now still in the plastic bag it was put into, the only difference is its in bits. The back of the toilet is in tact the front is smashed to bits. I bought via ebay and I have opened a dispute and sent the pictures to prove. ibathuk have refused to replace the broken toilet and also refused a refund. £215 literally down the freaking pan. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THEY SEND OUT BROKEN STUFF and if you do not use within 14 days you wont get anywhere. Update....I have been in touch with Consumer Rights and they should of at least made an attempt to replace which is what I wanted. But due to their neglect, I had to source another toilet to go with the vanity unit. This was at extra cost to me. Now 4 days after the event they send me an email saying the new toilet is on its way? The plumbers finished on day 3? All ibath had to do was send a replacement. Its too little too late. I want the new toilet refunded. Period.
Service
I ordered a complete sink & toilet unit delivered to my in-laws. They had it for a month before the plumber opened the packaging yesterday. One of the doors on the sink unit was damaged. I have just spoken to Nick in customer services who has order me a new sink unit, no quibbles, will be delivered on Monday. Thank you Nick for your excellent service as I was dreading the call after reading other reviews.
Awful. Simply awful. Might as well burn your miney
Ordered an item on a Saturday from their estore. Got an email confirmation. Had builders in and plumber who took apart bathroom as Ibath had promised delivery on Tuesday and had written confirmation. Tuesday at 3pm get an email from them saying item is out of stock and won't be in till January. This is on an item ordered start of December. Ended up having to pay for two days extra to builders and get a local store to source a bathroom at extra cost. Thanks for nothing. Will never use Ibath again.
