Terrible customer service

I would not recommend this company - we had a very unfortunate experience with one of their employees named Harmoon who was obstructive and rude to my wife. We ordered our sink, towel rail, taps because the items were in stock and the delivery time expedient. We had ordered a grey colour unit and a matching grey towel rail. We were worried when the website showed all items had been delivered. We spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to get through only to be told the sink unit hadn't been delivered and that it would take 2 weeks to come. This would have left us without a usable toilet with 3 young children. When we tried to get some help and assistance with this matter all we got was rudeness and obstructiveness from Harmoon an ibath employee who refused to let us speak to his supervisor or anyone who could help. This level of customer service is appalling. We are still without our sink unit, we are being asked to pay more to order an alternative item and return items that will not match with our original choices which we bought in good faith. If there was an option of leaving no star rating we would. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS HAROON THE WORLDS RUDEST EMPLOYEE.

Any issues ring and speak to Alice ignore everyone else they are useless.

Been chasing these guys for 2 weeks now for 2 washers and in a matter of 5 minutes Alice resolved the complaint.

The product itself is very nice and decent quality. Some of the staff do not understand customer service but Alice is 100% on point.

To iBath if you are reading this please acknowledge Alice for doing a good job unlike some of your staff and recruit more people like her and maybe your reviews and reputation will start getting better.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I've ordered a toilet but it got lost somewhere in transit. I have been calling everyday for an update but no one could tell me anything. Now, they're sending out a replacement. I was told by one guy that he could do next day delivery but then the phone got cut off. I called back but someone else picked up and she said, he said no such thing. I have a builder that's going to be fitting the bathroom today or tomorrow. I am speechless.

Bad communication and no understanding

I ordered some bathroom items over a week ahead of my bathroom installation date. All but one item arrived on time. The missing item was the most important, the toilet. I let them know and they said they will investigate it. Over a week had past, I called up and they hadn't even started investigating. The date of the installation was slowly looming so I called them everyday, and I've been told different things in every phone call. They refuse to send me out a replacement until this has been investigated. I've stressed to them that I'm paying for the builders time and this toilet is holding it up. They didn't care.

Total shambles of a company! Pathetic and useless individuals!

bad, very bad compagny, garbage goods

Four years ago I've bought 2 thermostatic concealed showers and 2 bathroom heated towel rails on ebay. First (4 years ago), by mistake paypal payed this order twice. When i asked ibatuk to pay my to much payed money back, they refused. I was very angry as every one would be. Now, four years later, the showers are both defect. I have to brake open the wall to replace them with better ones from a brand. I don't find any brand that have the same dimentions, so I have to replace the pipelines as well. Don't buy anything from ibathuk!!

Good dealing

Bought a number of items from this company via their various company names. Had an issue with a shower unit being the wrong size, they responded within 2 hours and have issued a refund. Designer radiators have been bought and had no issues. Maybe we have been lucky or maybe they do generally offer good products and service.

Broken cabinet sent new one within days

I ordered a walnut sink cabinet which arrived broken. I raised the issue through ebay. I then had to phone the customer services but the lady who had replied to my ebay complaint was not there. I had to call again and got told that the matter was with the return department and they will call. Nobody called me but received a new unit a few days later.
Not the best customer experience but got a replacement unit.

STAY AWAY FROM IBATH AT ALL COSTS!!

I bought the vertical radiator, had a plumber install it. The radiators themselves are lovely. Out of all 4 radiators, I only had trouble with 1. There seems to have been a "pin hole" at the top of the radiator which was causing a fast leak. I didn't know what it was at the time so called a plumber out. Ibath sent out a new radiator. I then had to pay the plumber to remove the old and install the new. I incurred £267 worth of costs as well as warped flooring. I then sent the invoice to Ibath to seek compensation and they didn't want to know so I have had to incur a huge cost thanks to a faulty radiator, which was completely out of my hands! I am furious and WILL NEVER use them again. I am disgusted with their service.

Be warned!!

Awful

The bath and shower screen arrived fine.
But a few months later the shower screen shattered into a million pieces. Luckily my kids weren't in the bath.
But since then they have ignored my emails and have not offered any kind of help in replacing it
Just have completely ignored me.

Appalling, I would strongly ask you to avoid any contact with this terrible company.
Ordered arrived wrong, damaged, and not fit for purpose.
I have been told they will not be taking any action to replace.
I cannot put into words to prevent you from using this despicable company.

Avoid ibathuk at all cost!

They are my worst experience. Purchased sink and a toilet. Fist toilet cistern arrived broken and it tooks about 3 month to get a replacement. They were trying to charge me for redelivery of a damaged items.
Then later, when it comes to installation the basin and the toilet were so uneven that I have to ring them to get a replacement. They have offered only partial refund!!!
Collecting toilet but not a basin. I have to dispose this rubbish at my own cost and to pay for a plumber again to re-fit a different sink and a toilet.

Awful customer service. No managers and staff overtalks you on the phone. The are aware that they products are rubbish and exactly for that reason they are so defensive and unwilling to process a refunds.

Victorian lever taps

Taps fell apart in three weeks, stated ten year guarantee but not a chance, they also trade on eBay under best bathrooms , it's hard not torder from this company as they trade under so many different names. They asked me to send photos but how I can do that of the inside of a t I have no idea, I haven't pursued any further as I had so much trouble with this company when I unknowingly ordered other products which never turned up and it took 30 phone calls and one month to get my money back, do your homework and check if you are ordering from from this firm under one of their different guises, you will live to regret it, their products are very poor quality

avoid like the plague

Since placing my order on 05/04/2016.
I have finally come to the end of my tether, over the past 18 weeks I have spent most of my time dealing with this company spent more than 4 hours on hold, wasted 4 days waiting on collections that never materialised, unpacked and re-packed 12 items, stored their goods for several weeks and learned to live with items that are broken/damaged, paid for plumbers and joiners to fit, unfit and refit their goods.
I thought that everything was settled last Wednesday when they finally collected the 3 Denver wall hung cabinets but alas my hopes were dashed as yesterday when the plumber and joiner attempted to fit my shower and sink unit I received a call to say that either the sink is too big or the drawer unit is too small and that the shower was leaking doe to a manufacturing fault but had been repaired by the plumber.
On returning home last night I could see what they are talking about, now I could “fix” the problem, like I have had to with my other sink unit(broken base still in situ, and broken drawers returned to you) and shower screen(broken on receipt and repaired by me using a tie wrap), by removing the crossbar on the drawer unit and cut 25mm off which would allow the sink to fit on the unit although it would still overhang the drawers at the front, it would look ok, but it is not what I ordered and would look different to the unit in my main bathroom, of course I still have to pay the joiner and plumber all over again, these guys just love your company as they have had an extra 4 days’ work with all of the problems that you have given me.
They say that in their experience “this goes on all the time” “but no one is as unlucky as you” I say this is not bad luck just a complete lack of customer service.
Given that my building work is now 2 weeks behind schedule and the extra expense I have incurred I wrote to ask for a full refund of the money I have paid to have inferior, wrong and broken items delivered to my home, this in no way compensates for the inconvenience, stress and broken dreams of my family and I when we embarked on this extension and refit of our home. We were looking forward to having a modern bathroom and shower room and are now looking at a (repaired) sink unit the wrong size, a shower screen held together with a plastic tie wrap, and an odd sized sink and drawer unit, totally unacceptable in this day and age.

I would not use again!

Ordered a mirror which arrived damaged I rang the day it arrived and rec'd a returns number and was told someone would get back to arrange pick up but 4 working days later nothing had been sorted. Pick up did take place 7 days ago and still no refund rec'd. It seems you need to chase this company to get any action and this is not the level of customer service I expect. When you order online you need to know if things go wrong they will be attended to quickly but this is not the case with Ibathuk

Do not buy from this company

I purchased a bath for £569.99 from this company through eBay, the delivery date came and went and I had received no contact. I emailed them and didn't receive a response, so I emailed them again threatening to report them, and received a prompt response advising the product had been discontinued. Despite this they are still advertising the product and taking money from unsuspecting customers! I did receive a refund (make sure if you do purchase from them you have the eBay money back guarantee), I have also reported them to eBay but they haven't done anything about it. I have been sending them regular emails asking why they are still advertising the product and they have now said they have a new supplier so it is available, so I have asked that they dispatch it to me and I will pay immediately upon receipt. I very much doubt I will ever see anything though. This company also goes under different trading names: Luxury for Less & Fresh Bathrooms.

Please do not use this company. I have sent hundreds of pounds to them 4 weeks ago and no sign of my delivery or even a phone call to say when it is going to arrive. I purchased the goods through Amazon so I hope they are going to help me out with this.

Avoid buying from this company

Very poor customer service, we have been trying for nearly 4 weeks now to get a replacement part under warranty for our purchase. Rang this company on numerous occasions, sent emails but nothing has happened. Every time we call them they claimed that the item has been dispatched, but it never arrives. We are still awaiting for a manager to call us which was supposed to happen in 48 hours, but it has been 4 weeks now. I would urge anyone buying from this company to read their reviews first which I did not do unfortunately. Worst company we have ever dealt with.

Appalling customer service!!

I wish I had looked on here before I ordered! We ordered a shower cubicle and were given a delivery date of between 24th and 27th July. That was perfect. Got a call on the 23rd from the courier, the property is empty and no one was there so he said he would come back on Monday. Perfect. No show as yet. Emailed iBath, got no reply to first one. Following day got email saying the courier was waiting for our instruction!! the phone no for iBath just says they are experiencing 'technical difficulties', has been like that for 2 days!! Got another email today to say they have contacted the courier but nothing to say when it would be delivered. Have told them I have a plumber on site charging us by the hour. Asked for a manager to call but still nothing!! Plumber is going to inspect the shower on the truck before he accept it (if we ever get it). I have told them I will be billing them for the plumber and want a refund if they cant deliver today.................still waiting!!! Never again! I will also be putting a review on facebook to warn everyone I know not to deal with this company!!!!!!!!!
