This company does not deserve half a star!

So as far as I know the trading name is soak.com previously empire baths. They trade on eBay and Amazon and other Internet sites in different names, this is where we have been caught out. We have been let down by them and their couriers DX freight 5 times in 2 months. The last one 2 weeks ago where we were text a delivery date and there was no show on calling DX they stated that they didn't have the bath at their warehouse, called soak.com to be told they did. Demanded refund, refund actioned very quickly and vowed never to use again.
Came across ibathuk on eBay, had a call from the courier, trying to deliver 4 days earlier than requested reminded courier that the request date was incorrect and explained the item was for a customer who was elderly. Offered them to deliver to.home address but informed they could only deliver to the delivery address. Fine no problem I thought so I called DX and arranged for redelivery for Monday 18th July, text received to confirm delivery between 7am and 1pm.
Monday morning came and no sign of delivery just passed 1pm I received a call from DX advising me that the item was forgotten and they would reschedule the delivery for that afternoon. 7pm came and still no delivery.
Tuesday morning I called DX and spoke to Jane a manager at DX, she informed me that there were no goods in the warehouse for us!!! But she would follow it up and get back to me. Called ibathuk ams spoke to Jordan informed Jordan if delivery was not scheduled by Wednesday to cancel the order. During this period of time our labourer on the job signed for a delivery of the shower tray and was informed by the driver that the rest of the order was lost at the warehouse! then spoke to a savvy girl called April who promised the items were being sent out overnight for home delivery today, she said once confirmed she would contact me and email the proof over.
Then I got a call from charmaine from DX questioning me about my review left on trust pilot about the awful experience with DX.
Meanwhile I missed a call from Miles from DX, so once again I called DX and spoke to Adrian. Adrian confirmed that a replacement had been requested and my order will be out 20/7/16.
So today came and no text received from ibathuk or DX to confirm delivery so at 10.45 I called ibathuk and spoke to Tyler, Tyler promised to call me back once he spoke to DX. I decided I couldn't wait around so I called DX to be told my item would not be out today as the items were broken in transit . Becky from DX put me on the phone to her manager as you can imagine by this time I am pretty fed up! I got very angry with Becky, I said I was happy to speak to Jane as I was still waiting for her return call from yesterday! Jane apologised for all the issues and promised to follow this up, received voicemail saying delivery is Friday! So another call to ibathuk informing them.that I want to cancel the order, Ashley wanted me to send photographic evidence of the damaged goods, politely explained to Ashley that was a mere impossibility as I did not have the goods, oh yes you have he stated somebody signed for them yesterday I tried to explain that it was just a shower tray that we received and this was not faulty and that I want a refund for the shower cubicle and toilet. His reply was I would have to wait until he has confirmation from DX that they have the faulty items before a refund can be issued! So I am not holding my breath for a return call! So long as they don't attempt delivery Friday as my husband is likely to tell them where they can shove the items.
The poor level of customer service is a real shame as the furniture is of very good quality, bug of no use of they don't get delivered or delivered faulty.
So all I can say is avoid avoid avoid and I dare ibathuk or soak.com to call me to discuss this review

Do not shop with this company

Ordered some radiators for ibathuk through Amazon. Didn't receive my complete order, emailed customer services and received poor email suggesting I chase couriers to locate missing items. Days passed, no delivery, raised a complaint through Amazon, still no progress, had to chase again, and again.

Poor communication. Do not recommend if you want a hassle free purchase.

Designer Radiatiors.. on time and looking good

I too am at odds with the other reviews, I have purchased now 3 radiators in two transactions and not have a problem with either on the delivery front nor from a customer services point of view.
I had a fault with one of my radiators, after about a year. I called customer services, and they requested a photo. I sent the photo, and they sent a replacement radiator.
Couldn't complain at that, to the point I'm looking to buy a toliet pan from them as another online supplier is being a real pain.!!!

Happy with service

This company has received quite a lot of bad reviews but I must say I ordered quite a few items from them through ebay and have received all of them in good time. I have also been happy with the quality. I did send them an email they didnt respond to but overall im happy with the service.

Worst Company EVER

I wish there was zero stars available.

I ordered a Towel Radiator 21 days ago and it still hasn't arrived.
I phoned the IBathuk Customer service (which is the worst in the world) and asked where my order was, only to be told the courier will contact me tomorrow with the deliver date. I phoned the customer service once again to let them know the courier didn't contacted me.They informed me once again that they had contacted the courier once again and the courier would definitely contact me tomorrow. The next day I contacted the customer service once again to explain i hadn't heard anything. At this point i asked to speak to a manager. They informed me it will take 24 hours before a manager would be able to contact me.

24 hours later a manager phoned me back to let me know they didnt know where the parcel is but the Courier will contact me tomorrow........AAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHHHHH at this point i blew a gasket. I asked them to give me the tracking number of the parcel..........They don't have a tracking number..........I said all parcels have tracking numbers..............I said how do you contact the courier then..............they said by email............At this point i said let me speak to a manager.............it will be 24hrs before a manager.........AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHHH THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST IN THE WORLD........I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE MANAGER AND THE COURIER TO PHONE ME. It is nearly a month and i still havn't got my order.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I wish there was an option for 0 stars, and even that would be generous. I have never in my life dealt with a company as bad as iBathUK.

I ordered a toilet from them on the 28th March. My expected delivery date came and went, and when I chased up with them I was told the item was out of stock. I could either wait until 6th May, or get a refund. I managed to find the same toilet on ebay with a different seller, so I asked for a refund from iBath. I was told this would take 5 working days - it took 10 and was at least three working days before they even raised the refund though eBay.

It was only when I received my PayPal receipt that I realised I had inadvertantly bought the second toilet from the same company, using a different eBay account and company name (Fresh Bathrooms). As there are a few options you can choose when you order the toilet in terms of shape, I assumed in good faith that because it was still listed, I had ordered a slight variation and it would arrive on the date it was supposed to. It didn't. Again, I contacted iBath (and I should add that their phone number just constantly rings out and it takes them 72 hours to respond to emails. You also get a different staff member emailing you each time, none of whom have a clue what you're talking about and provide completely conflicting information.) Eventually, they replied to say this item was discontinued (despite still being listed on eBay), and I would have to wait until 6th May to get the 'alternative' (the one I'd ordered in the first place.) As two weeks had already passed I decided just to accept and wait.

6th May came and went. No delivery, no contact. I contacted them to query and was told my item had been discontined. Yes, I said, I know that. I selected an alternative two weeks ago. They apologised, said they'd missed it and the alternative was now in stock so they'd send next day delivery. Phew I thought, finally.

You guessed it - it didn't arrive. I demanded to speak with a manager and was ignored. I requested on several occasions to receive a call from them as I was sick of dealing with a different member of staff each time. Again, ignored.

I finally got an email back to say I'd get my item on 25th May because it was out of stock - or I could have a refund. By then it would have been two months since my original order. Meanwhile the 'out of stock' item is still proudly listed as for sale on their ebay account, which promises delivery of said item within three days.

I gave up and asked for a refund. Dispicable company. Either I was lied to for 2 months or their staff really are that incompetent.

Appalling customer service! 22 days still no delivery. Useless AVOID!

This is the worst company ever! Avoid at all costs. I ordered 4 radiators on 1/5/16 today is the 20th still no radiators however they have sent my bath twice from there sister company soak.com twice...
They do not answer the phone for 12 minutes.
They really have NO idea what is going on its pandemonium I am having to phone every day and encounter there waiting to be answered every day. So stressful completely useless. No manager to call back this has now held up my building project by over 2 weeks it's totally unacceptable.

Terrible service

Absolutely terrible company, i have phoned on numerous occasions, If and when you get through the staff are obviously not interested my guess is they are having to put up with this every. I wish i`d read these reviews first. Do yourself a favour do not or buy anything from them.

Horrendous company to deal with! AVOID!

Ordered three items through their ebay site on 31/3/16, delivery scheduled for 8/4/16.

Nothing had arrived by the 9/4/16, unable to get through on phone, tracking number didn't work. Finally had to message through their facebook page. Assured they would get back to me, never did.

Managed to get through by phone late afternoon, advised that one item was broken by the courier and they would get another one out to me on Monday.

Nothing arrived tried facebook messenger again, this has now been switched off.

Phoned, yes will be delivered Wednesday, no delivery arrived. Phoned again, yes we will get on to courier and phone you back. No call, no delivery.

Today, phoned again, not sure what's happened, should be with you next Tuesday, can't see where the rest of the order is, will phone you back. That was 6 hours ago, still no call and they are now closed until Monday.

Now opening a dispute through ebay and paypal.

Been told lie after lie, the delivery company have been leaving messages saying they can't find our address, rubbish, as they dont have anything to deliver according to ibath.

Never experienced such shoddy service, ever!!

Worst retailer I have ever dealt with! Avoid at all cost!

Purchased back to wall toilet and was delivered it shattered in pieces.
There was no protection to the item at all. simply porcelain item dropped into cardboard box. No bubble wrap or any other means of securing the item.

Customer Service is a joke. They respond to each email after 48 hours. next email you have to wait another 48 hours!
Replacement order never arrived. They could not even trace it with courier.

Help line can't do anything, not even process the refund properly.

Will never do business with them again. AVOID at all cost. Plenty of other retailers looking for your business out there

IbathUK have poor customer service and will ignore cancellation requests!

Ordered shower and taps from iBathUK via Amazon then decided next day to cancel. Order had not been despatched so this should not have been a problem under the Amazon/seller Ts & Cs? Email recieved from iBathUK following day to say that order had now been despatched so could not be cancelled. No remedial action or refund offered! We contacted Amazon who fully and readily recognised that we had correctly requested cancellation pre-despatch. Amazon also recommended that we refuse delivery. Still no offer of refund, just more emails stating that the order has been despatched and now cannot be cancelled. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Terrible experience from start to not yet finished!

Ongoing issue, still not resolved with poor and at times rude customer service "support".

My original order was placed on a Wednesday and "next day" delivery paid, confirmation emails stated Friday as delivery (I presumed I'd missed the cut off point for the actual next day).

To my surprise I received a text message the following day (Thursday) stating delivery between 0700-1800hrs, due to work commitments this wasn't convenient so I rearranged for the Friday (I must confess this was the only occasion in 6 calls where the advisor was helpful).

On the Friday I received no correspondence from the courier so checked with ibath around midday, who reassured me my goods were in transit for delivery that day. By 1730hrs with only 30 minutes of my time slot remaining I spoke to a very smug gent who told me the courier had ran late and my goods would not be delivered until the Monday (thanks!!!! My Plummer was arriving Saturday). When I requested to speak to his superior I was informed that policy did not allow such a request (honestly, I think it would be easier to get an audience with the Queen than speak to the all powerful managers from ibath).

At this point I hung up, and called immediately back, speaking to at the time a fellow who seemed to have both intellect and humility, he apologised, contacted the courier for a a.m delivery slot Monday (never happened) and claimed he had refunded my postage (no sign thus far).

Monday morning arrived and on the advise of the previous mentioned customer service advisor I contacted the courier to check my items (plural I will add and costing in excess of £450) they as you can probably guess from this rants tone were not en route, the reason....ibath had not sent all the goods, therefore the delivery was declined by the courier.

My final call in this episode to ibath was to ask for a refund, I was told that this was possible as soon as THEY received their incomplete order back from the courier and the refund would be at a £25 charge to me, I'm presuming this would be for the privilege of speaking to all their idiotic customer service aids!

Oh, I'm still waiting on the goods, or a refund....or a clue.

As you can tell I am somewhat annoyed writing this, but it's all true. I wish I was a more creative writer and could convey better just how unhelpful the team at ibath are, I feel every time they put me on hold they probably had a good laugh. Probably not the best thing to say but I wish I didn't live hundreds of miles away from there HQ, I'm a pretty well built gent I don't know if face to face I'd have got the same reaction.

Terrible customer service

I bought a bathroom suite from ibathuk through eBay. The quality of the products is great but if you have a problem forget it. The toilet I purchased had a crack. I called the customer services dept. and received a very frosty reception. Apparently I should have checked all the products for faults within 14 days of receipt and was advised that this is in their t's and c's on the eBay website which it isn't although it us on their direct website. They told me it was my fault. Luckily I had paid by PayPal and was covered under their 180 day policy. I received the entire money back for all of my bathroom which was a bonus as ibathuk couldn't be bothered to reply to PayPal within 10 days of my complaint. Great product, useless customer service always use PayPal.

Very unprofessional approach

Ordered and payed for item. Delivery driver was rude and unhelpful and refused to drive to the rear of my property to make unloading easier and then got fed up waiting and left taking my order with him. Asked the company to arrange another delivery and 8 days later they just cancelled my order without contacting me to see if they could arrange another delivery time. If your order is coming on a pallet and like me you're not lucky enough to own your own forklift you may have trouble.I would not deal with this company again.

I don't understand the negative reviews.

I don't normally do reviews but my experience has been so much at odds with the negative reviews on this site.
I have bought three designer radiators, bathroom and kitchen taps over the last two years - all have proved reliable and fault-free. I bought on the eBay site with PayPal so no risk. All the items arrived very well packed in individualised styrofoam and within the delivery period and at a fraction of the price of similar items on the high street. What's not to like. I shall certainly be buying from them again.

Worst company I have EVER dealt with!! AVOID THEM!!!

I actually don't know where to start! Got told 3-5 days delivery, I only got told on the 5th day that it hadn't even been booked in yet!! I asked for it to come without fail the next day as we had the bathroom fitter arranged. I phone several times to make sure it was on its way and that the courier company would phone me when they were on their way. It didn't get delivered so my husband wasted a day off work for nothing, they didn't leave a card to say they tried to deliver the goods and they certainly didn't phone me. Let's just say they didn't bother to turn up. then ibathuk said I was to pay a redelivery fee because no one was in!! I needed my bathroom suit the day it was SUPPOSED to be delivered, we had the bathroom fitter coming the next day but there was no bathroom suit and I still had to pay the bathroom fitter his day rate because it was too short notice for me to cancel on him. I asked to speak to a manager, he wasn't in, I phoned again, no one phoned me back, I called again to speak to him, he had gone home, I phoned again, no one phoned me back.
I rebooked the delivery in on Monday for a Tuesday delivery and said how ridiculous their service was. (now without a bathroom for 5 days) My Husband phoned on the Tuesday to confirm everything was ok and on it's way, it hadn't even been sent out for delivery... another day's pay gone! I've actually had enough now, The wasted money, time and stress on my fragile health had taken it's toll and I have truly given up.
They are without a doubt the worst company I have EVER dealt with, the staff really don't care about you or your situation, they don't resolve anything, the management don't contact you to resolve anything either. I have phoned them a grand total of 12 times and still no bathroom suite... That says enough itself!

Delivery....lack of communication....terrible service

Bought a sink on Ebay from this so called Companty, they said 3 - 5 days delivery, it took 11 days, after me contacting them twice by email and phoning them to beg for it to be delivered, it eventually arrived this morning, it was raining, the delivery man just dropped n in the middle of the drive on a pallet and told me that he was told to, quote 'DUMP IT AND LEAVE', I have not opened this package as yet as I am disabled and had to ge some round to move it off the drive into the Garage, this is the worst Company on Ebay that I have ever dealt with, so BUYER BEWARE, I will update this when we open the package.....
