Excellent service

Purchased a shower from this company three years ago which had just started to leak. My husband telephoned to ask a question re the shower and he was reminded that the shower was under 10 year guarantee. Despite having lost our paperwork, the shower was replaced and delivered within a couple of days.

No complaints from us.

Worst customer service!!!!

I wanted to share my experience regarding with one of my order I ordered from Ibathuk.
I did not receive this order on the asking date, so I contacted the IBathuk. They kept telling me it’s already been sent and I should’ve received it. And I kept saying I have not received it. And they didn’t believe me. They gave me TNT contact number to call the company and find out. ( Where as they were supposed to do this, not me. But I still contacted them) not forgetting dialling on 08 number so my phone bill went high. They told me there was two items but only one item was declared. But I did not receive anything, they kept saying they can’t do anything about it and I have to contact the seller company. So I phone the company the phone constantly rings but no answer (not forgetting my phone bill). I have reached them by email and at the end they answered. All This has been going on for three weeks. I have been phoning them on my lunch breaks and emailing to get bottom of this.
The lady I spoke to her name was Steff, she was rude and she made sure that I had received my order and I was making it up, as she kept saying we have a signed document that you have received it. And I kept repeating probably the driver got it wrong and gave the wrong invoice to sign as on that date I received so many orders from different company and asked her to look into it more. As I have not received it, and I’m not going to let this go, as I paid quite a lot. She didn’t wanted to help what so ever, she kept repeating, raising her tone, and kept telling me to phone TNT and not there company. So I said TNT keeps telling me to call you, as you are my seller company. She wasn’t helping me at all.

So I was going through my invoice and I realised that I ordered something else from that company and it been delivered on the same date. So I called IBathuk again and mentioned this to her, she still keeps saying that someone in my house has signed the other parcel and not this item. And I said I have the receipt, the order, the box, the invoice. But I have not received my first order, but probably your driver got the invoice mixed up and gave the wrong invoice to sign. And also TNT company did say that there was two items but only one item was declared. Still she wasn’t able to help, she kept her words saying that I have it, and I should speak to my family if they have moved it or seen it. She wasn’t able to investigate. So I asked her if I can speak to her manager as I’m not going to take this non sense at all. She put me on hold for a while, then she says sorry (briefly) and tells me that mirror was never sent to me at all, as it’s out of stock, and that I received only second order. And there system did not pick this up. So for past three weeks, I was going through stress as she wasn’t able to help me and investigate and locate where my order was. If she listened to me it would’ve been different. And my phone bill would not go that high. I was the one phoning back and forth between TNT and there company, she wasn’t willing to help me at all. Its indescribable to explain what I was going through. It wasn’t nice feeling for the past three weeks trying to call them and get bottom of this. And she was accusing me and not being very helpful at all. This was the worst nightmare of my order. I wanted to share this with you as I dont want anyone to suffer and go through stress what I went through. And I never have experienced this before, And it’s just not nice at all to be treated like this. They have no clue on customer service at all. I would give minus one star.

Horrific car crash of a company

Ordered two straight thermostatic electric radiators via eBay from this company and was sent one curved and one straight.

This was only discovered once we turned up at our customer's property but, not wanting to be delayed any further agreed to accept the curved version on agreeing a discounted price.

However, we then discovered that not only was one radiator wrong but they hadn't sent the thermostat's which we expected to be in the packaging.

It took iBath 3 days to respond to my email as there was absolutely no chance of getting them to answer the phone - the number they provide you with just constantly rings out.

Upon threatening them with a dispute case we eventually got the stats on a 24 hour delivery. No mention of sending a replacement straight radiator though eh.

So, Bob's your uncle we thought... Fit the radiators and go to fit thermostat number one.

Dink... the plastic casing covering the electrical components falls off. Just like that. As the rage begins to take over fit thermostat no.2

Good good, no casing falling off. Let's give it a try.

Turn the thermostat valve up to full.... and it just keeps burling round and around and around and... you get the picture.

Terrible quality so I say to my pleasant customer - "Em, they thermostats are faulty"... Our customer states, quite rightly, "not my problem."... "Oh" says we. "I'll see what I can get locally." "You do that" she says.

So pops off down to Toolstation and gets what I need to finish the job. We do this. Customer nearly a happy bunny now.

Get home, send iBath an email... and another... and another... and I'm still waiting for any form of dialogue offering either a refund, apology or acknowledgement.

Disgusting company who have no ethics.

So I'm taking them to court where I intend to claim for all my losses and time.

And I'll win.

The worst of the worst.

Would not reply to email at first or reply to phone calls. Never did what they promised to do. Would not except fault with bath. Would not replace bath when proven fault. No customer service.

Awful Experience, would never use again.

If this is the same company as ibathuk who sell bathroom fittings on e-bay then I've no idea how they can have a top-rated seller rating. My experience with them was awful. Last Saturday, I ordered two showers which we supposed to come with waste-traps and paid for 24 hour delivery. One arrived, no waste trap. I called and asked about the other unit. They told me that sales could see that the two orders were related but the warehouse could not. (So how is that my fault?). I then asked about the traps which were not shipped with either order. "Oh sorry", they said, "we will send them out by first class post". That was on Wednesday at 2pm but they sent them out the next day. Kinda defeating the object. It's Friday now and they STILL have not arrived.

You might think that people who sell showers would realise that the waste traps are one of the first things you need to fit. Two shipments, two chances to get it right and tape on a couple of traps. One week later still no shower waste or traps. Would never order from them again. A massive waste of time.
