Avoid! Be careful when booking. Reviews are misleading, has a good rating because a couple of the good reviews are for clothes! Have a scroll down and check. Read reviews on Andy Collins events to find out the kind of person you're dealing with. Awful service, avoid at all cost. Good reviews have clearly been written by friends of the company. Do your research! You have been warned.

Absolutely loved having IBooth at our wedding. We chose the open booth so we could make more use of some of our wedding flowers as the backdrop and it proved a huge hit with our guests. The photos are such amazing quality and we couldn't be happier, thank you so much!

We hired the retro magic mirror for our wedding on Sunday, we're so glad we did! It was absolutely amazing!! We were a bit worried our guests wouldn't know what to do but Andy was amazing!! Explained everything and everyone absolutely loved it. The best part was the props and hearing all the laughter. It was way better in real life than the website gives credit for. Thank you sooo much Andy and your team, you were amazing from start to finish. We were even given a guest book at the end full of our photos which was a real surprise as I hadn't actually realised this was part of it. Thanks so much. I've passed your details to the boss for our xmas party if you would come back to London again!

I’m not going to go into too much detail because I don’t want to waste any more time on this guy.
Spent the first 90mins of my wedding party trying to get hold of him (which I couldn’t) because they turned up nearly 2 hours after the party had started.
The wording on the photo booth images was wrong, 95% of photos aren’t centred and people missing off to the side.

I wasn’t going to write a review as I wanted to email Andy privately to give feedback (didn’t ask for anything back). The email I received back from Andy was absolutely outrageous. Starting the email with ‘what a surprise (not)’, clearly he knows his service is appalling and knows he will get bad feedback.

I was going to ask Andy if he spoke to all of his customers like this, but reading some of the reviews on this page…. He absolutely does. The email was aggressive and nonchalant. He clearly can’t take any bad feedback and I’m sure will reply to this comment.

As per many of the reviews on here, Andy didn’t come to introduce himself (I didn’t even realise it was him until the next day). They had a go at 3 small kids at the party for taking too many photos in the booth as people were waiting… they weren’t. A few people at the party have since mentioned that the staff were rude and not engaging.

At the end of Andy’s email, he actually sent his Trustpilot link and said ‘ Here's our trustpilot link to save you the trouble searching for it so you can tell everyone what a really crappy service we provide and let everyone know to stay well clear.’…. So here I am.

I don’t normally read bad reviews but please trust me, read the other bad reviews (that all tie up) and don’t trust them with the biggest day of your life.

Yet more proof of Andy's character in the reply that he sent. If I cared a bit more, I'd post the email confirmation where I told him the event started at 6pm. We had to change venues after covid postponed our Wedding, not once did Andy mention updating the contract to the new dates, so his point is completely invalid. It's not up to them who has the photos. Also yes, Kerry came up to me to apologise for the latest, which was then counteracted by Andy standing there all night with a face like a slapped a r s e but again, don't take my word for it, check the reviews on his DJ page.

Yes, this was a favour that we still spent money on and since then, the Agent that recommended Andy has said he won't be recommending him ever again.. say a lot, huh?

EDIT AGAIN - this was Andy’s last message to directed to my wife.. what a lovely person.

Have a lovely life together, I’ve never met a couple so truly deserving of each other.

What a vile man

iBooths provided a beautiful "Magic Mirror" for a wedding I was organising. Andy was super attentive to detail, making sure everything was safely set up and properly working. The customisation of the mirror and the printed photographs was brilliant and I've had nothing but praise and lovely comments back from the guests and the Bride & Groom as well. I'll certainly be using iBooths again in the future and couldn't recommend them more highly to anyone needing a photo booth for their event.

Andy and his team were brilliant from start to finish. Really accommodating and a great customer service, would recommend to anyone planning an event that requires a multitude of provisions!

Brilliant photo booth for our wedding. We received great communication via email with Andy prior to our wedding and nothing was to much trouble. Ibooths created a bespoke photo template which went with the theme of our wedding and looked great on the day! Great quality photos and lots of great props for our guests to use! Quick set up on the day and a really relaxed feel which allowed our guests to have a great time. Would highly recommend!

We’ve been using iBooths for the past 3 years for our annual corporate Christmas event and every time the service and products have been faultless.

The quality of the photos are superb, and even makes us a custom photo template with our logo and Xmas message.

We hired the photo mirror for our wedding and we are so glad we did. People were queuing for it they loved it so much and the quality of the shots were like a professional photographer. Not only was Andy just really great and easy to deal with but I also got the digital copies of the photos before we had even woken up the next morning. Truly great service and our wedding wouldnt have been the same without it.

We would highly recommend iBooths! Andy is friendly, so so helpful and unbelievably punctual with his communications to us. We organised our wedding from abroad and it meant a lot to feel like we could ask him anything. The photobooth was exactly as we wanted it to be, and it was a lot of fun for our guests. This is the second year that we have used Andy at IBooths, and I cannot recommend enough! The booths are great, they don't take up a lot of space but you can fit lots of people inside (I think we managed 10 at one point!) There are lots of props available, and you get to change pose after each photo, so you get a single print with 4 different photos. Our students liked it that each of them got a print, they are not limited like some other photobooths we have used previously. You can also personalise your prints, again a really nice touch. Great contact before the event, and afterwards too. Well done - see you for our next Prom!

I hired the Black and White Dance floor for a staff Christmas function. Andy was fantastic- helpful, responded quickly, and was flexible (we altered the pick up time last minute, and he was so accommodating). The floor looked great, and really added something special to our event. Any put the floor down within 15-20 mins of arriving, and took it away even quicker. I would recommend to anyone, and will definitely be using again!
