POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

Weeks and months have passed without receiving any support. Trying to remove websites as support is no existent and I want it on my own reseller plan.

Zero stars

Zero stars. Had my domain on auto renew. Made sure it was paid almost a week before it was set to expire. Received payment confirmation. They never renewed it. Lost access for my domain, business email and website for a week. Emailed and submitted several help requests. There is no number to call. Still haven't received a response. Even their addresses are work share spaces. No business registered under their name in my State and I chose them because they had a local address. Paid for lifetime hosting but had to transfer everything to another site since they won't respond. Cost me so much time and money.

I bought the life time hosting plan

I bought the life time hosting plan, used it for a year without issues and generally the tickets where answered on time when I needed assistance however of late my emails are bouncing and have been requesting help with no assistance in sight and dozen of unanswered tickets. I'm hosting about 5 domains and they are all experiencing the same problem.

Terrible lack of customer service

I purchased the Lifetime Pro Plan hosting and my account has been in "Pending" for some time now, which has made the plan I purchased useless, as I cannot actually "do anything" in the client area until the account is active. I have made several attempts at getting support through Tickets and Emails, but no one has responded. Even if the plan was a good deal, the lack of customer service more than makes this a terrible waste of money.

Avoid! - The same experience as many users below.

The same as many users below.

Areas of the website just don't work. Regardless of web browser, Mac or PC. I have always got error messages saying I can't access areas of the portal, so have to take a convoluted route around to TRY and get there!

Support tickets: When you ask a direct question regarding their error, the question is ignored, no accountability is ever taken.

I've tried to renew a domain - their invoicing platform doesn't allow you to pay with either an 404 type message if you try to pay via PayPal or 'currency invalid' if you try to pay via Credit Card.

I've been chasing them for over 4 weeks with support tickets and emails so that I don't lose domains that due for renewal soon - No reply to numerous tickets and emails.

I've tried to unlock the domain and get an AUTH CODE to transfer the domain to another registrar... the website errors and won't allow it... support doesn't reply.

I've lost one domain already, I'm about to lose two others in the next few days and have no idea what I can do to stop this.

Appalling.

I lost a domain that was auto-renewed..PAID FOR...and someone else bought it

I bought a domain when I first bought their STACKSOCIAL.COM "DEAL." And a deal it was...$99 lifetime unlimited hosting. The domain was for future purposes.

My domain auto-renewed only TWO DAYS ago and when I went to check on it, IT WAS BOUGHT OUT FROM UNDER ME, which means that they must have lost their ICANN privileges prior to when I renewed LAST YEAR.

I tried to transfer another domain from another hosting provider a couple weeks ago and I could not.

I submitted a ticket at that time and it was never addressed. They used to reply within 24 hours at the most.

So, basically took payment for at least a year after they lost privileges.

Lesson learned:

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM STACK SOCIAL.

Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money, there is no support I have many tickets dating more than 3 months and they still open without a response, the API to conect to CP is broken and there is no other way to connect to CP.
GET AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN .
IBRAVE, you have no once of bravery at all, you should be ashamed of your selves. I Pray that the money I paid you will be a source of malediction on all of you and your businesses. when it will happen to you, remmeber it what you did to your customers' was tha cause

As bad as it can be.
My "lifetime" plan lasted only 10months. the cp-dot-ibrave-dot-io/manage link that they "seem" to have emailed some of their customers doesn't work for those like me who have used a deal on Stacksocial and are only an inconvenience as they are not recursively paying customers. They keep quiet for a while after people have bought such a deal in order to make it look like everything's ok and then when they want to do a little spring cleaning they block all the customers they think are a cost and not a gain. I have been waiting for an answer to my ticket for 13 days now. If they really just had technical issues they would have 1) posted an announcement on the website 2) answered the tickets.
iBrave Hosting is just a scam. Period

Be Aware, No Support!

Like many here, I cannot log in to my control panel. I have opened two tickets and contacted them twice using the pre-sales form. It's been nearly two weeks and I've received no response whatsoever. The SSL certificate isn't working and I can't do anything about it. Hosting is worthless if you can't get to your control panel and nobody ever responds to you.

UPDATE I (May 3, 2024, four stars)
A few days ago, I regained access to the control panel after about a month of no access. I was able to make a full backup of my files via FTP, which saved me hundreds if not thousands of hours of work. Also, I was able to reestablish my SSH/SFTP user as well as all other functions.

Furthermore, after the reestablishment, I am now able to access my control panel directly via cp.ibrave.io, a feature I had requested the very first days of use two years ago. For the benefit of the doubt (maybe no other major breakdown will occur), and since the price/value ratio is unbeatable, I upgrade to four stars for now. I will downgrade if any other major issues materialize.

On January 30, 2022, I purchased a lifetime subscription of unlimited iBrave Cloud Web Hosting. I have been using it since and has been very happy about it. Then, on March 31, 2024 I lost access to my files and settings. I have been locked out of the control panel and my ssh user has been deleted, i.e., I can't log into sftp. Hence, currently I have no access to my files and I can't configure my server. No response has been offered to my ticket for two weeks.

Probably dead!

TIP: for anyone with WordPress installed, you can install File Manager plugin in your WordPress to access your hosting directory and download any files you need. Try to back up your websites before it's totally gone.

For those who are praising and defending iBrave, a simple reply to the ticket with "don't worry, we are fixing it" helps. Disappearing from the scene, looks shady and rightfully so, please can call you a scam when you don't show your face.
