THE WORST SERVICE. NO RESPONSE AT ALL DESPITE 10 SUPPORT TICKETS OPENED PAST FEW DAYS. PURCHASED A LIFETIME HOSTING FROM STACKSOCIAL. SO IT LOOKS LIKE BOTH ARE SCAMMING IN THE NAME OF OFFERS.

I LOST ONE OF MY WEBSITES AND DATA. NOW ANOTHER FOUR DOMAINS WILL EXPIRE AND ABOUT TO LOSE THE DATA. THIS IS A REAL SCAM. SUGGEST TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS.

You get what you pay for. I have had no access to client portal for 2 days now and customer support still has not replied to a high priority ticket. I would not recommend.

I bought Ibrave lifetime hosting from stacksocial site. It was working fine until Jan. I lost my email access and website access, when i tried logging to the ibrave control panel, it didnot recognize my user name and password. I have raised a ticket with them and until now no response. They are still offering lifetime access and we all know what will be our situation if we buy that. I would recommend everyone to stayaway from Ibrave as their company ethics is worst and you will finally endup losing money and your data.

This is nonsense and worst host.. I lost my traffics, my files because of non-existent malware dey keep disturbing me with.

I cleaned all the malware but they keep showing non-existing malware files and now they put my site to 403 which I contacted them but it's 2days and no one replied. Very stupid people.

I wanted to make some edits on my wordpress site but it's down ... and so is ibrave.io which is the main site itself. Horrible host!

iBrave admits it made a mistake and offers me a refund. I never receive this refund but they no longer respond to emails or open tickets. They still owe me $299.99.

The product:
A very extensive and easy to use product ranging from a decent number of one-click installs* which makes setup of popular platforms straight forward.
The lifetime package gives you so so much more than you could ever expect for the price which is nice.
Even though the product is supported by a global CDN, the performance is something to be desired.

The user interface:
Overall pretty straight forward and self explanatory user interface. This is more down to the core OS platform and not what iBrave support.
Navigating around the UI is easy and all the relevant tools are categorised into groups making it easy to find what you need.

The customer service:
Nothing more than atrocious. Very very slow responses, no phone support, tickets get closed without any response from customer support, interaction with customer support is hard work as you NEVER get a straight nor full answer and have to repeat yourself several times in order to get what you require.

Overall:
If the customer support was better then I'd quite happily award 4/5 stars but due to the horrendously poor customer service, the only reason I have given 2/5 is the product itself is alright.

While you get a lot for what you pay for, there are so many things that could just be better!

*most of them are outdated and trying to get iBrave to update them is always a chore as the amount of times I've had a response of 'have you tried updating it yourself?'. Your supplier should not be offering outdated software to install and certainly not expect the customer to do the work for them.

One of iBraves rivals has over double the number of one-click installs.

Since I bought this lifetime hosting plan from iBrave via the entrepreneur store, I have been having one issue or the other with my website. The front page of my website sometimes shows a default iBrave warning that says "THIS WEBSITE IS BRAND NEW" when someone is trying to access my website for the first time and when someone is logging out of my website at times. Before now I was hosting my website on Namecheap and I never experienced any of this. The juicy offer of lifetime access to hosting was why I decided to buy iBrave.

I have opened a Ticket on the iBrave platform and via email to the entrepreneur store owners about this issue for days but this issue could not be resolved.

Since the entrepreneur store stated the purchase of this plan is non-refundable and I could not ask for a refund, I am going to warn you not to buy iBrave hosting. They are not ready to do business. They made their hosting to be unusable so you will get frustrated and move your website to another host since they have collected your money.

As it stands now, I am about to buy a new hosting plan from a reputable web host and take my website there.

It is a shame I trusted them after I saw some positive reviews on the entrepreneur store website. I do not know if those reviews are legit or not.

I have emails of my correspondence with them on this issue. in case you are doubting me. I will furnish you with them.

Complete rubbish IP services.

The customer service is non-existent.

The emails look as if they are bots or are written by snide, insensitive clerks that hate people. I think the clerks are Pakistani or Indian because of the names on the support emails and their rather formalised way of responding with what little email they do send.

I have a lifetime agreement and they seemed to have wiped their bums of it. They just don't care.

I also believe that they are trying to scam people by not communicating end dates for subscriptions of domains. The billing is dodgy with new charges appearing for no reason.

I regret having the plan and don't plan on using this service for anything connected to any professional enterprise. I believe that's what they want as well and seem keen on the idea of irritating customers to the point that they disuse the service or quit altogether.

They are bad men. Very bad.

Got unlimited hosting seat, been using it over a year, hosting wordpress sites. So far so good!

I have been using the service for over a year now with no real problems. The CP panel is a pain, and adding extra domains is a challenge, but once you work it out they are pretty good. My sites are quite quick and always available, and when I asked a question from support, they got back to me pretty quickly. All in all, happy.

Totally a scam, they cancel my hosting without any email!!!

The problem of a security error belongs to the company, but they have solved it by shutting down the user's service without notice and deleting our successful payment invoice. I advise everyone to open dispute tickets on PayPal.

I acquired the Web Hosting on 2023-03-27. Today (2023-05-25) I found out that my web hosting account was disabled by iBrave provider for no reason and without notifying me.
The use that I had given to this account was the creation of a Wordpress Blog, which was just under construction.

I just hope they refund my money.

terrible. I had a lifetime deal and they did not complain after 1+ year telling that I was using the hosting as cloud hosting; false, since it was for personal use, with 53Gb in total. We negotiated to remove all but my few personal cooking videos, but in the end they removed everything without notice.

I took the lifetime license and I am extremely happy with how it functions. The support team is exactly what the word suggests, supportive! Their answers are helpful, they are calm, provide the necessary information that is crucial for Your problem in order for You to solve it as quickly as possible. I just don't have enough words. One big positive experience, that one I can sign anywhere, anyday.
