Its a scam. They sold a faulty computer and tried gaslighting when we reached out to customer support. Took the computer to several fix-it shops and everyone says the computer is poorly made and unusable. Ibuypower said they wouldn't refund it or take it back if we tried returning it and that they would charge us more to "fix it" if we tried returning it. It's a shit brand and scam. Don't fall for it.

They have shipping restrictions that won’t allow FedEx to hold the package so they must deliver to the address. FedEx will only attempt to deliver during the middle of a work day so no one is there to receive it.

Ibuypower refuses to adjust the delivery with FedEx meaning it will just be returned to them.

When the money is refunded to me I will not be using it with them and I would recommend you look elsewhere if you can’t be home 24/7 to receive the package.

Your service is, in a word, awful. I guess machines go bad after a month or so of use that can happen. However, It has been months i have been without an operational computer and it took a rediculous amount of time to send it back for repair. Then, another month goes by and still, no word, no computer.

I realize the phrase "caveat emptor" or buyer beware applies to me. Having said that, I bought this computer thinking these clowns would warn me if it was missing something like bluetooth or wifi. They did not. So I paid nearly $4,000 for a computer that I can't hook wireless ear buds up to, and I can't use a mobile hotspot when my internet is down. Buy somewhere else. These guys are overpriced. They didn't even turn on a feature that prevents me from playing Battlefield 6.

purchased the ibuypower element se gaming pc and love this pc. the deal for the build on this thing is insane! no other company came close, hands down. gorgeous rig and i couldn't be more satisfied!

everything about the pc is perfect except for that it doesn't connect to internet very well so my download speed is low. But it is a overall great Pc.

I purchased the RDY Element Pro R07 directly from the IBuyPower website. The pc arrived on time, well packaged,and was up and running with no issues. Love this gaming pc. This is my first purchase from IBuyPower, but definitely not my last.
