I’ve been really impressed with our iBUYPOWER gaming PC. We got it so we could finally play The Last of Us—our previous computer just couldn’t keep up. This one handles it beautifully. The graphics are crisp, and the frame rate is super smooth. We’ve had zero performance issues, and it's definitely enhanced our gaming experience. Very satisfied and would recommend iBUYPOWER to anyone looking for a reliable gaming system.

I bought my first gaming pc from them and it was exactly what I was looking for and came quickly after ordering.

This pc runs so smoothly and was so easy to assemble. I unironically got this pc at costco, and i love it! I would def recommend to any gamer or pc user. Great PC!!!!!

I bought and expensive computer (+$2000) and it never worked right. I sent it in twice, the first time they swore it was fixed. Of course it was not. The second time, they asked for more money to fix it even though it was under warranty, some BS about damage during transportation (That they paid for!) was my responsibility. Anyway agreed just so I could get the computer fixed and have a working computer. They then kept giving me new dates and new excuses for why the computer was not fixed yet. I waited 4 months and lost count of how many times I had called and email them to get this resolved. Their excuses were ridiculous too, how the ram they needed to replace took 4 weeks to get from there supplier, I can see it available on Amazon with a 2 day delivery time. Stop lying! I finally had to threaten legal action to get them to refund me and even that took +5 calls and 3 days to get them to relent and refund me. After this experience I will never use this company again and I advice you stay far away.

I purchased an iBuyPower gaming desktop in January 2025. In late May 2025 it died. It is still under warranty, but I had to pay to ship it to them for repairs. The repairs were allegedly completed on Jun 18, 2025, but as of June 25, they had still not shipped it back. They are not answering either their technical support or customer service phone numbers. Don't know if they have gone out of business. Based on quality of system (dead in 4 months) and lack of customer service, I would not purchase a computer from them in the future.

I bought a computer from this company a few years ago and paid to have it customized. I paid $2500 for it and it breaks every other week. I know how to fix computers, so luckily I was able to repair it myself- iBuyPower was VERY unhelpful and their staff is very condescending and downright mean. I would NOT recommend iBuyPower if you're looking for a new computer because the computer they sold me GENUINELY sucks. Everybody they have to "help" is a complete know-it-all and INSISTED they knew everything about my computer when they barely know what a system registry is. They WILL get angry and refuse to help you if you know something they don't. I wish I returned this PC and I don't recommend buying from iBuyPower. I will never buy another product from them and next time I'll just build my own PC. I literally only went through them because I'm disabled and can't build my own computer anymore and they did me really dirty.

Great gaming PCs! Run programs from work to masterpiece games near flawlessly! I love the RGBs and spare equipment they include with their PCs as well!

I bought a PC a few years ago and honestly it runs pretty good on most games and is good for work and anything else.

Haven't bought a computer in 5 years and was curious what the experience would be like after the inflation of Covid and the tariffs. It sucked. This is basically equal to the computer I bought 5 years ago and was double the price. My last gaming desktop was about $900 and this one was $1,600, with a warranty. My last one died after I accidentally flicked the surge protector button off (Omen).

Wasnt happy with the lack of customer service on the weekend and the lack of instruction in the box. There was a weird wifi adapter that I didnt know how to install. My last two desktop abruptly died about 5 years in, and I am hoping this one lasts longer.

One of the numerous examples of how life is getting more expensive and our products are getting worse. Tell me "IBuyPower," are your products now temporary, like my Microsoft Office subscription? Will I need to renew in 5 years?

Absolutely terrible support, computer died 40 days after purchase. I have to pay to get a replacement part which they will refund when they received the defective part. Fine, paid weeks now and there is no update on the replacement part. Called several times, it has to go through accounting I was told. Still waiting. This should have been sent out within a couple of days. Save yourself some pain and go elsewhere.

Great specs for the price. Sadly, my pc broke on the second day. I contacted support and they are great helping me troubleshoot. Sadly I will be sending it back tomorrow to get a replacement. If you are planning on buying from them, the chance of you getting a faulty pc is low, and if you do you can refund it or get it repaired, for free.

Wonderful service and pc. I bought mine almost a month ago, it came fast and everything has worked correctly for now. I do have to say that the instruction manual for the RDY Element Pro R02 model needs to be updated, since the instructions to open the glass case were incorrect, and it took a lot of time to figure it out.

I recently bought a PC through iBUYPOWER and they made the process a breeze. I selected a pre-built PC and the customization of it was so easy and I was able to upgrade certain components to my liking. After purchasing the PC, I could follow the process on their website as they assembled the components, assembled the computer, and sent it out to shipping. My computer arrived early and it was packaged very safely. I'll definitely be returning to this site for any future PC needs!

"Bought a AMD desktop from them and took about two weeks to arrive. Everything was packed nicely and the only issue I found was that the molex for the case fans were unplugged and had to plug that in. Wiring was well done and computer was ready to go out of the box. One little annoyance (I knew how to fix it) was that each time I logged in, all the system information windows would popup on the screen. I turned it all off or deleted what I didn't want on Windows 11."

IBP is a great company and a great place to start off for new gamers on Pc like myself. It came in a timely manner and was perfect on arrival. Looks even better when it’s on. Definitely a 5 of 5 stars. Highly recommended!

PC was nice and easy to setup. Runs very nicely and works better than expected.
