I purchased this PC in September 2024, and so it’s been amazing. I use my PC for college work and for light gaming, and it runs smoothly. It's fast and the graphics are great. I would definitely recommend this product to someone.

I ordered a PC from them on beginning of March it's now almost the end of March and my PC has been showing Software burn-in for almost 2 weeks now with now chance I spent almost an hour trying to get someone on the phone and they said they were doing an audit and that's why my PC has not moved through the process. I'm a little upset spending almost 5 thousand dollars I expect better explanation then that and I was the one who had to contact them after all. Not impressed with their customer service.

I had been looking to build a custom pc that met the requirements I had in mind. I did a LOT of shopping around, and iBUYPOWER had the best pricing around, and all of the parts I was searching for. I was able to build the pc that I wanted, and they met all of my specifications, with no issues whatsoever. I am very pleased with my pc and will definitely be utilizing iBUYPOWER for my pc needs in the future. I couldn't be more happy with my new pc! Oh, one more thing, the pc arrived a week earlier than expected!

Great computer! Really happy with the value - bought it through Costco and it has been fantastic. I actually had to return the previous computer from a different company because it kept locking up, so I returned it and got the iBP computer instead and have had no problems since!

I picked up this desktop gaming PC on a President’s Day deal that was too good to pass up. The specs are fantastic, and once everything was up and running, it performed exactly as I’d hoped—smooth, fast, and powerful. However, I have to dock a star because of the frustrating setup process.

After installing a 5080 GPU as instructed, I kept encountering the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) repeatedly. I ran through all possible diagnostics but after 10+ crashes and forced restarts, I finally gave in and called customer support.

The first call was a disaster—I waited 15 minutes only to get someone who apparently couldn’t operate a phone properly and kept saying "hello, hello, hello?" before hanging up. I had to call back and wait another 20 minutes before finally getting Alex, who was helpful but dropped a bombshell: there was a KNOWN firmware issue with the Western Digital SSD and the latest Windows update.

So, let me get this straight—this is a known issue, and yet there was no notice, no email, no warning? The manufacturer knows exactly what components are installed, so why not preemptively inform customers or, better yet, fix the issue before shipping? Instead, I wasted time troubleshooting, then more time waiting for tech support, just to be told it was a simple update. This could have been avoided with better quality control and proactive communication.

Once I updated the firmware, the PC worked flawlessly, but this kind of oversight shouldn’t happen. A high-performance gaming rig should be ready to go out of the box, not require customers to deal with firmware bugs right from the start.

Lack of communication on known problems
Customer support wait times and initial poor experience

Overall, I like the system, but the initial hassle left a sour taste. If you’re not tech-savvy or patient enough for troubleshooting, be warned. Manufacturers need to do better when it comes to quality control and transparency with their customers.
