I cash is scam ....I made a deposited…

I cash is scam ....I made a deposited of 900cedis on 7th February is was marked complete buh the money never reflected in my account..I sent the a mail and they kept answering with Ai then on 9 I made another deposit of 700 which was deducted but it was still marked in progress in my account....I immediately sent them evidence through app then email them but no one is getting to me....I have two deposit hanging now and I am not hearing from them

🛑🛑🛑🛑 iCash.One Fraud and SCAMMERS,Govt has to ban this App 🛑🛑🛑

I am writing this review after personally experiencing what appears to be a systematic and intentional delay tactic by iCash.One. After my experience, I checked online and found many users reporting the exact same pattern.
How it works:
Step 1:
They hold your deposit or withdrawal even though the bank transaction shows successful and the money is debited.
Step 2:
For up to 7 days, they give only one generic reply such as “we are looking into it”, with no real investigation or action.
Step 3:
After 7 days, they suddenly claim that the deposit/withdrawal did not reach them and ask you to contact your bank for a refund.
This is where the problem starts:
Indian banks have a limited reporting/grace period for failed transactions.
By delaying for 7+ days, the bank often cannot reverse the transaction.
Then iCash.One asks for impossible documents, such as:
Handwritten letters from the bank
Printed statements with bank stamp
Non–password-protected PDFs
Indian banks do not issue handwritten letters or stamped statements for ₹500 or ₹1000 transactions. Even SBI or other major banks will not do this.
They also refuse official online bank statements, even though those are the only valid documents banks provide today.
Most users lose small amounts (₹500–₹1000), often related to betting platforms (which are restricted in India). Because of the low amount, many people don’t pursue banks or branches and eventually give up, which seems to be the intention.
Even if you somehow submit all documents, they again ask you to contact the bank after 10–15 days for a “successful” transaction, which banks will clearly reject.
Result:
The customer gets tired, time passes, and the money is lost.
This looks less like an accident and more like a deliberate process designed to avoid refunds. I strongly advise others to be cautious and to file a cyber crime complaint if they face the same issue. Multiple complaints are the only way such platforms get investigated.

The service of Icash is very very pathetic... I don't know why they don't repl to customer mail .... They say mail us after mailing the don't repl us ....
I had made the withdrawal of 20k on 22/01/26 and 50k 21/01/2026 from Icash wallet ...
But the status of 20k is now showing failed bt amount is not yet been reversed in wallet
And the 50k amount status is showing completed from Icash end but amount is not yet credited in bank since itz been more than 2 weeks no help is been reverted

Worst app don't use this app

Worst app don't use this app
There is a lot of deposit complaints
They give individual upi id's and individual bank account deatils for deposits after successful transaction they will make us fool like amount will get refund to source account after 10days
When you contact after 10 days they asking you bank statement and bank official confirmation again 10 days after that they asking you rise a charge back complaint on bank again 45days...
Finally bank will freez your bank account they do not give refund or not added to our app also

U guys were saying that I used wrong…

U guys were saying that I used wrong words for i cash one I don't want to publish it on this platform that what the stories they have created
Their support staff is favouring their merchant
And the merchant is lying to them my bank have specific said that they paymnt was successfully done from my end it's been 9 days now they don't reply they don't say one thing every new agent use false statements misguiding
It's a complete harrasment what they are doing

I made successful transactions of ₹800, ₹1,000, and ₹2,000 to iCash One, but the amounts have still not been credited to my iCash One wallet. I have sent multiple emails to customer support but have not received any proper response or resolution. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to use iCash One, as it appears to be a fraudulent app. Please check other user reviews as well.

Very disappointed with iCashOne’s…

Very disappointed with iCashOne’s service and handling of customer funds.

I made three deposits to my iCashOne account, and none of them were credited, even though the payments were successful. I raised three separate tickets, but shockingly, all three tickets were marked as “Solved” within 1 minute, without the money being credited.

All these tickets were handled by Regina Das. There was no explanation, no update, and no resolution — just false closure of tickets. This is extremely misleading and unacceptable for a platform handling customer money.

iCashOne is operated by AstroPay for Indian customers, and such behaviour seriously damages trust. Closing tickets without actually resolving the issue raises serious concerns about transparency and customer protection.

As of now, I still have not received my deposits.

I strongly advise users to be very cautious while using iCashOne until they improve their support and stop closing tickets without real resolutions.

Pathetic service consecutively two…

Pathetic service consecutively two deposits stuck still no resolution and reply they provided me a merchant upi id to deposit I paid 1500 Rs on 27th jan 2026 money got stuck and they are taking forever to escalate the case .Then again on 29th jan 2026 I deposited Rs 1100 payment was shown successful money is again stuck and never reached my account quite often their deposit never arrive at time feeling absolutely wrost and regret for using this app

It’s more than 72 hours now , they saying checking from last 2 days. This second transaction where money got stuck for server days even though I got success message when I complete the payment on third party redirects but credit received.
