Beware the return policy on Moissanite! The front page of their web site says free and easy returns but when I tried to return two items, I was curtly notified that "in accordance with our refund policy, moissanite products are non-refundable and non-returnable." Now I'm stuck with $700 of china made glass that I have no use for. Intentionally misleading, just like advertising a 5.0 Trustpilot score when it's less than 4.3.

Extremely disappointing experience and very poor customer service.
My order was marked as delivered by Evri, but the proof of delivery photo clearly shows the parcel left on the floor in an incorrect and unsecured location not at the designated delivery area (main door or the delivery window access). I never received or even saw the item.
Despite this clear evidence of incorrect delivery, I was repeatedly asked to provide CCTV footage to prove that the parcel was stolen. This is completely unreasonable. There is no CCTV covering that area, and building management confirmed that footage is only retained for one month. The delivery took place on 18 November, so no footage exists. This is standard knowledge and was explained multiple times.
I have been going back and forth with customer support for over two months for an issue that should have been resolved weeks ago. Instead of taking responsibility for a clearly mishandled delivery, the burden was continuously shifted onto me to prove a loss that occurred due to their courier leaving an expensive item unsecured.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, especially if the item is of high value.

I ordered custom chains 3to 4 weeks go by no email update or nothing so i emailed them asking bout items. Next day i look it said shipment on way i said ok fast work with no email response.. days go by i get a email from shipping company saying i owe money cause no shipping charge was applied. Witch is first bad business cause that’s included when buy. Next issue i get package it’s a black jewelry box with nothing in it so i waited a day or two no more shipments so emailed them telling them dont have they ask me take pictures and look inside jewelry box i did as they said and informed them nothing inside. They stop responding to my emails now im out of total of 700 dollars and cant dispute cause my bank said they have to attempt to email and resolve issue but i see they’re choosing to not respond with a resolution so please beware and be careful !

THIEVES!!! PAID for a chain and never delivered . Even after providing a screenshot of the paypal payment still got a bot reply saying we can't deal with your requirement.
