My custom piece came in quicker than I thought and it's solid, bro! I'm talkin' real weight to it. The craftsmanship is on another level. If you need that clean look, you gotta check 'em out.

They legit I bought $1000 worth of moissanite jewelry from them and it arrived in 5 days. Best price and quality ratio.

first and foremost this company falsely claims it' located in the US when actually this company is located overseas. I ordered a necklace and bracelet, The size of the bracelet was too small. i contacted the company via email and i asked to exchange for a bigger size. the seller said okay no problem the return address was different then the origin. I paid $75 to ship the item to united kingdom. in addition the money i already spent to purchase the item and shipping this company has scam me out of pocket close to $300 and when i ask for a status update no one responds this company is a rip off. buyer be ware

I ordered From Them twice The First time I received a custom Pendant But Had Issues With USPS they sent it to a different town having me to go pick it up . 2nd time I order a chain & custom pendant the chain was sent to the Wrong town also . As for the pendant I still never received its saying It’s in New York For Over 1 week so it might be lost I wouldn’t buy from them again..

Update: I had to File a Complaint on the Package with USPS . magically the Package started Moving again still fishy to mez .. Update: It Came in I wasn’t Them USPS is just an horrible Transit Company .

I have not received my chain that was shipped a month ago and can not contact you guys .. no number to call and no one reply's back to emails .. terrible customer service services and you should start adding insurance on packages that get lost in the mail

placed order for a pendant and it came in 2 weeks as promised. the quality is good and passes some diamond testers, will be placing more orders soon.

Chain came in 1 week and custom pendant took 2 weeks to come in, love both pieces. Not my first time buying from iceclique and I highly recommend them, the craftsmanship and price ratio is uncomparable to anyone in the industry.

Love my purchase, ordered a cuban bundle and a custom pendant. The chain arrived first and the pendant arrived after 2 weeks as advertised. It's now been 2 months since I ordered the stuff and there are no signs of fading. For the price the quality is amazing and I will definitely be shopping again

I’ve been waiting 32days for my item and every time I email they say be patient an send me tracking number I called ups an item was never received they just made a label an when I track I saying in distribution center in my city but we’re????? An been down the street for 3weeks nothing now they are toying with me sending fake tracking numbers this is bs all they did was create a label there was never a package

Great Product

This is a complete scam. I opened the package and just laughed. It’s nothing like the pictures. The links aren’t even joined (they fall apart immediately upon opening). It’s the worst shade of yellow. This is worse than costume jewelry. I just threw it in the trash. $85 for absolutely nothing. Next time just throw your money away, it’s better to Han ordering from this place.

This has to be a complete scam haven't heard from anyone within 3 weeks haven't received my package why pay your money and hear from anyone and when you call them it goes directly to a hang up wow $85 will make you all that rich LOL I was trying to get it for my son so he can have something you lost so much money

I ordered the 3 piece set for $115 and I never received it. Now they are saying they are not in the office. I will not be ordering anything else from this company. They are scammers. This is the second time this has happened to me
