The wait was worth it

The wait was worth it, 10mm Prong Link 8" bracelet. The long wait (nearly a month) was due the product being in high demand and also I live in the UK. However, the price and product was worth it and 100% will recommend this brand and product to everyone who asked. Already have 3 more pieces in the basket 🥶🤣

The necklace left me with a painful nickel/cobalt rash. I know was the necklace because didn’t have a rash before and went away when necklace was taken off. You need to pick really metals for your necklaces

So I’ve place an order for the blue…

So I’ve place an order for the blue Cuban bracelet on March 10th for a 2 day delivery and here we are 10 days later about to be out of March and I still haven’t received it or had any update at all, I don’t want a refund but the things are now I’m about to consider it I’ve tried to contact you guys multiple times and has had no luck but looking through the reviews I see multiple people are saying it’s a problem with moving the items through the warehouse or it’s out of stock but I need to know something cuz this is just a waist of time and money.

Has been 3 weeks with no item shipped

Has been 3 weeks with no item shipped. Was told multiple times their was issues when they moved warehouse and that my order will ship soon and still nothing. Reached out again for the 4th time and now have gotten no response

Update- they refunded me the item cost finally but not the shipping cost for an item that never shipped.

Item never shipped and no refund

I ordered a GOAT pendant on February 19th 2023 and today is March 6th 2023 and it has yet to be shipped. I was told through customer support that Icemob was between switching storages. I waited a week later and was told it would be shipped. It never came. I checked back with customer support and said it will be sent but it didn't. I checked a 3rd time and was told they are out of stock. I asked for a refund and have never heard back. I wish I could have gave a better review. I'm not one to complain but I am very disappointed with the way this has been handled.

Seems unprofessional/chaotic

Order was originally delayed because apparently they were “switching warehouses” they said everything would be on track in a few days. never heard from anyone for a week after i asked what was going on they said the item was out of stock. Even though the it never said that on the website when i asked for a refund because the whole situation seem very unprofessional they said “they’d have to see and get back to me” the next day all of a sudden my bracelet was in stock and they said the shipping would resume march at 8th even though i order almost a month ago. They gave me a store credit which doesn’t help because after this experience i just want my money back and to be done already. Still waiting to find out if ill even get the bracelet.

Just like others who have ordered from your website, I still haven’t received my orders although you state that it will be shipped within 1-2 business days, I ordered on the 12 of this month!
