Ordered a week ago and got the delivery yesterday the tennis chain was missing from inside inside the package. The wrapping and the package was untarnished but my chain was not inside. Waiting for a response to get this problem fixed!

Haven’t received my order number

Haven’t received my order number, can’t track it or anything, supposed to be here today or tomorrow and if its not the size I wanted need to return but how can I do that without a receipt or number I signed up for emails n messages but naw no code, please info me Cuban white blue chain. Great product, would buy more

The chain was really nice and the design was really sleek that went well with most of my fits. Doesn't irritate the skin when worn for long durations, overall pretty good. Shipment and tracking was alittle annoying as I think it got lost in the post a few times. But the product was really nice and high quality.

The item that I received was very nice

The item that I received was very nice. The chain fit very well and had a clean shine to it. The only thing that I did not enjoy about this experience is that I paid for expedited service but it did not show up when it was promised. Thankfully, I was able to be compensated for my issue so overall it was a decent experience at best.

Tarnished rings

I ordered two different rings, the Eternity diamond ring and the Baguette band. They both became tarnished. The baguette band was the first ring I put in a claim for the lifetime guarantee (which really isn't) and they sent me another ring and that one tarnished also, but you can only do a claim once with their lifetime guarantee so I didn't even bother with the other ring which turned my finger green.
In my opinion their jewelry or at least their rings are of low quality very low. So don't put them near any water or even sweat in them because they will definitely tarnish, and that's a guarantee. Garbage!!!
