It has been over a month now, still waiting for my chain to arrive. No response from customer support. Last thing they told me was to call customs myself and find out what the holdup is. I’ve asked for a refund - but customer service will not return my email.

Have not received my merchandise

I got earrings and a necklace. The price was great qnd they was shipped fast. The quality of them is great and they shine. I have had so many ppl ask where i got them and how good they look.

This company is the best! Their customer service and return policy is 100%. We have bought multiple pieces from them and will continue to do so. You actually get a human response when you email them and they honestly value you as a customer.

Great quality chain! Ordered the 5 mm tennis chain and I get nothing but compliments wearing it. It has a nice weight to it.

The Ice is nicer than the pictures! It’s very eye catching and I’ve got tons of compliments. Only thing was the bracelet was 7inch but I need 8inches and they swapped it for me no questions asked. Great product and great customer service.

Not being a person who can afford to spend thousands of dollars on real diamonds, it's nice to have a "QUALITY" alternative. I was also very impressed with the timing from purchase to delivery. It would have been nice to receive a bag for both of my rings instead of just 1 bag for both rings..

Extremely disappointed paid for an express service on the 22nd of March after 1pm . and now i dont get it until the 28th . will return as soon as i receive for future reference be more clear on your shipping instructions.

Have a disclaimer that your warehouse does not work on Friday , Saturday or Sunday , don't advertise 1 to 3 day delivery without being sepcific .

5/5 quality and for that quality the price is very cheap! I reccomend this site for everyone to buy from.
I bought a ring from it and when I showed it to my friends every one of them was amazed. They tought it was real diamond(which they offer, but I bought my ice with CZ stones and they really look like if they were real diamond) they tought it cost like hundreds of dollars but in reality it cost like 60$.
I reccomend this site for everyone who want good accesories or jewelry for themselves!

I love the pendant I bought but not so much of the chain. The chain looks so fancy.
