My package was returned for no reason and it took half a month to even notify me

Would b a 5 but the gold chain you sent with the cross pendant is changing(tarnishing) very dissatisfied with that. My husband and I like everything else.

Worst shopping experience for a long time. Ordered Nov. 14 th. with express delivery. After one week still no outgoing package. Customer Service answered after third email with standard answers. They told that whoever is now in charge of my purchase and will take care about it. Nothing happened again and merchandise still not arrived. But marketing offers they send every 30 minutes. Very very disappointed so far.

I got one of their cheapest, basic chains and by the way it looks and feels, I already know I'll be buying more products in the future. Navigating the website was easy and and the checkout was smooth, plus quick shipping,,

I’ve not received the order yet so how can I review it? Is there something I should know about the order? Has it been delivered elsewhere?
It was delivered 5 days after this and I am pleased to the point where I need to continually clean it to keep the bling going. Seems to lose its luster over a 2 day (FYI, it is not worn in the shower) span

I really appreciated the updates when it was coming. It is very sparkly, but I didn't realize how big it was, that's my fault for not checking the size.

Icemob is the only mob to mob with! They are super chill they have great product and amazing philosophy. Why spend 1000s on an iced out chain when you can get chain from Icemob for way less that looks way better. Only a fool spends thousands on a chain. Scam. They are a joke. My package was returned to the sender apparently a label issue "quoting the USPS" My order is being sent back to them and when I emailed them they responded back saying that one of the items is out of stock to choose something else. I asked for a refund and no response. They will still have your money and no communication. BE AWARE.

I ordered a chain for my son's birthday and paid for express shipping. I got a notice that the product was being shipped but the tracker says that it hasn't even left the facility. It's already 4 days and the product hasn't shipped, even though I should have already received it. There is no way to speak to anyone or to find a phone number. The only way to reach someone is apparently to send an email. That's ridiculous. I wish that I had read these reviews before I placed an order.

Three weeks later, no product, no refund- just a lot of canned responses and an occasional response that may be from a real person saying that “they’re working on it”. I question the legitimacy of this company. They have ZERO customer support.

Finally, received the product weeks later, after I had to file a dispute with my card company. Matter closed. Would not do business with this company unless they improve access to customer support.

Very happy with the chain, well made, lots of shine very comfortable to wear. Have already ordered two more pieces.

I really like the necklace I got but, I have ordered twice now and I still haven’t gotten my other chains. It’s been a whole month and I haven’t received it. Nobody is there to help me either, I just want my pieces!
