Would order again
I ordered a small and medium size ice / heat pack for shoulder pain and I find they are brilliant as you can pretty much mould the medium pack around your shoulder. Currently using them as ice packs. Would buy again.

Very quick delivery and good prices; but the instructions were minimal- I assumed for an expensive piece of kit it would have something more advanced than a gravity fill/empty system!

The pack was very expensive
I think the pack was very expensive as i did not realise it was one use only. Good buy if you need Ice pack when you are away from home. Also the covers are too small for the ice pack.
So an expensive useless buy for me.
