Andrew is very knowledgeable, and explains everything patiently and concisely. From the original meeting to explain about consolidating pension pots through to the annual review (or more often if wanted), I have felt as though I am a valued friend not just a client. My reactions are noted, and incorporated in the proposals suggested in an intelligent and thoughtful way, even if my attitude to risk is to shy away - I am reassured that my attitude is considered and used in making proposals.
