I have had a pension for about 30 years. It was handled by a company in the USA. I changed my plan to ICF about 5 years ago.
First of all they took up all my dealings and called a meeting between us, laying out the best and hopefully most profitable way forward. This proved correct as they have steered my investments forward and each year have made profits for me. ( more than the last company) They have an annual meeting where planning for the next year is sorted out.
They are so friendly and helpful that this meeting is more like having coffee with a friend. I trust them so much I have passed there details on the friends, colleagues and customers who are looking for help with their financial affairs.

I have had contact with ICF Financial Services for a couple of years. I would recommend them as they are approachable and offer a very professional service with regards to pension matters.

Have been happy with services provided over the 3 year period since I began dealing with ICF Financial Services in many ways. All staff I have dealt with have been extremely polite & courteous. Appointments have for the most part started on time with prior notification having been given to me in cases where there had been unforeseen delays which prevented this happening. All explanations of products in which I have been interested were given in as simple a manner as possible despite the extreme complexity of the subject matter with plenty of opportunities to ask questions where necessary. My adviser has always been available outside of pre-arranged meetings when matters arose which I needed to deal with fairly quickly. Both telephone or e mail contact gave quick replies with further follow-up being promised & undertaken when required.
I will certainly continue to use the company's services in the future and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for an independent financial adviser.

We recently used ICF the help us purchase our first house. The service provided by Chris and his team was first class. They made everything extremely simple for us, responded quickly to any requests and were available to answer any and all questions we had going through the process.
