I ordered from Icicosmetics on 25 January 2021 and still have not received my item. Over the last 6 months I have e-mailed them multiple times. Jeannie has assured me it was lost, there’s been a problem, it’s been re-shipped, etc. I e-mailed last week demanding a full refund and they will not respond. I don’t think it’s unreasonable for me to ask for a refund for something that was Ordered over 6 months ago and still hasn’t arrived!! Unacceptable service from a so-called professional company. Do not waste your money. Stay away from this company!!

After waiting two months and still non receipt of my order I have, at last, received a full refund thanks to Ben. Unfortunately, it took a negative review for this to happen.

Absolute joke of a company I finally received my item months after purchase used it for the first time for it to turn off after 5 minutes of use, contacted them for a replacement to be informed another was sent out and I would receive a tracking number, that did not happen I contacted them again I got the same script over and over again after being ignored when the problems started escalating, no need to respond to this review either as I’m forwarding all details, emails, proof of purchase over to trading standards JOKERS

Worse experience ever! I waited for face brush since may. Its been 3 months now. I still havent received it. I asked for refund and they keep on send emails the same script over and over about escalation. Lol are you located in China ???? Anna

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a product, it has since arrived and seems fine however the box had been opened/tampered with and the electrical supply had been stolen from it.
So I have the kit, but not the ability to use it yet. I will contact the company but I am a little depressed having read the responses below
***Update*** following the reply below I contacted these people about the key part of my order that was missing, as they asked me to. I have never heard back from them - I think the comment below was misleading as it suggests they would help but since my reply to them dated Fri, 23 Jul, 14:05 they have not made any effort to help.
I have now downgraded my rating to 1 star and would go even lower if I could. Don't give these guys your money

I was expecting a product and waited 4 weeks and then tried to deliver out of hours. The product was then sent back from courier and I requested a refund immediately. They tried to ask for them to send back the product which I advised I wasn't happy especially after waiting already four weeks. They advised they would refund when product is back and wrote to them several times and was ignored. They sent a reply exactly the same as previous stating they would send the product again, which I advised I don't want. I will contact bank to have the transaction cancelled on their behalf and please don't purchase from them!

People please do not order from this company they ordering cheap products from China and you will be waiting very long time to arrive I waiting for mine 7 days and still showing this same place Absolutely disgusting they not informing clients on the website about the waiting time and quality of the products

Awful: do not waste your time with this company. After six emails and returning the product there is no sign of a refund. They initially told me to sent the product back to China then they conceded that it could go back to their serviced office address in London. they tried to offer partial discounts, they lied about the terms and conditions as there is no free return. This company is clearly based in China and there is some doubt about its beneficial owners.

Ordered in late April. It is now June and I never received my purchase. Hermes claim to have delivered in May, yet I was home all day and received nothing. It was left somewhere the delivery driver guessed was my “safe place” even though I have never specified one. Jeannie from Icicosmetic’s so called customer service initially fobbed me off to go and check with Hermes instead of checking herself, and is now refusing to process a refund even though I have paid for something I haven’t received. Avoid this so called company like the plague, although judging by the hundreds of one star reviews you don’t need me to tell you that.

Updated as of 9th July: Jeannie continues to refuse a refund. I have got in touch with Ben (who claimed he would help in the response below) for a refund and he has still refused to offer one. It’s all well and good stating publicly for others to read “I will do my best to help” and then refusing to do so (in a hastily written and difficult to understand email) when the public cannot see your emails to the customer. Still received no product. Still received no refund. Ben’s excuse was “we cannot help now that American Express are trying to get your money back”. Yet I asked for a refund and was refused countless times BEFORE I asked Amex to recover the charge. Just a company full of liars and thieves. American Express are now recovering my money. Thankfully, this disgusting company won’t receive a penny.

Don’t buy with this company. They have taken my money and have not sent anything. It’s all a fraud and I will be making a formal complaint with the bank, police, HMRC and all international Avenues to ensure this place is shut and the scammers are caught.

Update I have spoken to ico comestics who have admitted that what I ordered did not come I have requested a refund and they keep saying they will ship the product which I do not want anymore as I have bought this from elsewhere over five days I have been requesting a refund which they are refusing to give never heard anything like it do not use this company at all

I ordered an e-file from this company and when it arrived it didn’t work. I’ve contacted the company who said that a replacement was on its way and I would receive tracking info. I haven’t received anything from them and they are now not answering my emails. I’m now wondering if they are a legitimate company as they are ignoring their customers.

if it is in my hand, then I would have given negetive star to this company. I have purchased an item from this site in late April, by thinking they are UK base company. I have received my parcel on 12th May after sending few emails to them, and the item was faulty so i have sent them picture of the item, and I have been advised that they will send me a new item and will provide me the tracking number in next couple of days. Till that day I have contacted them few times and they always said your parcel is on the way, but has never given me confirmed answer. I am so frustrated with their service. I feel cheated, hope this is not a fraud company.
Does anyone know how to escalate this issue to UK consumer court?

I ordered my item on the 1st May and I have still not received it. After reading reviews I contacted the company on the 3rd May to cancel my order as it was showing it hadn’t been dispatched. I had a response that I was unable too but as soon as I receive the item I can return. I checked the tracking to read it was then being dispatched from China.
Hermes received my parcel on the 19th May and have yet still not attempted to deliver. I contacted ‘Jeannie’ who responded it’s delayed due to a ‘global pandemic’ after being unable to contact Hermes via phone or email I managed to speak to my Hermes delivery driver who advised me to speak to the company I ordered from. I emailed ‘Jeannie’ again who advised me they can’t do anything and I need to contact my local post office (not sure how that works when it’s coming from Hermes)

I’m so disappointed with this company and I will also make sure no one I know orders from them! I still want to return my product as it doesn’t even come with an UK plug!! Will more than likely get ‘lost in the post’ and I’ll have to fight for a refund!

The company website is '...co.uk' and the 'contact us' page displays a london address. When i placed the order for a massager, I got an email saying they will inform me when they ship the item. After 2 days, when i didn't receive the email that confirmed shipping, i contacted them. Jeanie, the only adviser who has ever replied to my emails (at 3am) told me that the team probably forgot but the item should be on its way. I received the massager after 2 weeks (it came from china, i thought it was coming from uk) and it turned out faulty.I paid £49.79 for it. When I emailed customer service, Jeanie emailed me again to say they will send me another massager. I told her i wanted a full refund and not a replacement, after which she offered me 50% refund and told me to keep the (faulty) item. I refused and asked for a full refund again after which she offered me 75% refund and told me again to keep the (faulty) item. I refused and asked for a full refund again. She then asked me to post the item to a Chinese address. I had to pay £17 for postage. On second thought i should have accepted the 75% refund and accept my loss. I received the full refund after 2 weeks. I asked Jeanie repeatedly how i could leave a review on their website but she didn't reply. Their website says that 'delivery is free today'EVERYDAY.
Please don't order from this website if you want a product that work.

Ordered my lumber spine belt 28th of April , finally arrived today, in working order , happy with my purchase, was a bit concerned after reading some reviews saying they were a scam and not to order from them , it’s taken longer to come than first thought , but happy I’ve got it now thanks .

If I could leave 0 stars I would, shoddy goods, took month to come wrong size refused refund agreed to 50% refund never got it AVOID AT ALL COST
