This is a complete scam. I ordered a bra which took over 2 weeks to arrive. When it did it had been sent from the UK with no return address details. The item was in a shabby plastic envelope with Chinese logo and writing.
The item did not fit and I asked what the process was for returns. Initially they offered to send the next size up and for me to keep the original. I declined not being confident of what would be sent and there is no point keeping something that does not fit. This I explained. Second offer was for a 40% refund and keep the item. I declined again and requested a full refund. Now they've offered 50% refund and keep the item or return the item to an address in China for a full refund. Why the return has to be sent China when it was clearly sent to me from the UK. There is absolutely no mention of any Chinese connection on their website which is a .co.uk one.

Dreadful service. Don't risk buying anything from them.

The offer of a full refund came far too late and if a 'hustle free' return is available then why was it not offered in the first place? I have requested the details of their complaints procedure but unsurprisingly I have had no reply.

Do not order from these.. money grabbers and don’t deliver
I ordered some clothes to over the value of £100 . 1/ 3 arrived. I got in touch and they said they would rectify .3 months and haven’t received. No apology . Don’t try to solve ASAP.
They no longer reply to emails .

Ordered an item over 2 weeks ago with 'express delivery' (which appears to be 'free today' every day) and it still hasn't arrived. When I check the tracking, it hasn't even left China yet. Giving 3 stars as I can't yet comment on the item quality, but will happily update my review once the item is received. So far I am very disappointed as no expectation was set that the delivery would take so long and in the UK express delivery is usually next working day!

Took very, very long to arrive after saying it should be at my house but wasn’t. Correspondence with Ben and Jeannie was helpful and nice though ; got it in the end & am happy with it!

Had to wait nearly 3 weeks for a manicure set of very poor quality. Had i have seen the item first would certainly not have bought it,

Bought a tooth flosser. It broke after 8 weeks. Been emailing Jeannie for a month. Promised a replacement every week but hasn’t arrived. Said 7-14 days delivery or 21 in the pandemic. It’s over 4 weeks #ici137986 Order number. Now want a full refund but still waiting. Used WhatsApp, messenger, email to contact them. Very very disappointed.

I have ordered a face mask machine about nearly 3 weeks ago and haven’t received it when emailed the email provided on the confirmation email the email provided is out of use I suggest this matter gets looked in to other wise will be taking it further

I ordered and cancelled an item from this company within two hours,I received a text and two emails confirming cancellation and saying a refund has been given, no refund and ignoring my e mails, will be contacting my bank's fraud department regarding

Do not buy from here. Awful scamming company who don’t let you return their products because it’s cheap crap from China. SCAMMERS!!!

First of all the website. Went on to look at neck massagers. Saw that it was free postage today only, and naively went ahead on that basis. A few days after the order, checked the site again and lo and behold it was free postage for THAT day only too. Checked again the next day and you guessed it, free postage again. The website is blantantly lying and there are rules against that. I then tried to cancel order but it had apparently just been dispatched. I would have to pay now to return it. I'm housebound so this is a nightmare for me to do. Decided to give the neck massager a go and it was absolutely awful. It's literally a tens machine feeling on the neck cervical area which isn't pleasant. It actually pulled the muscles at the base of my skull and left me in pain for the rest of the day. There doesn't seem any point complaining because it says no returns after use and can't return anyway.

This is an awful company. I bought a neck massager which did not work. They sent another. Also did not work. Offered me 50% refund!!!! In what universe is a 50% refund fair when the goods are faulty? Jeannie then offered me a 75% refund and I could keep the goods. Well, thanks. I really want two broken neck massagers taking up space in my house. To then add insult to injury they said we could get a full refund if I sent them items back to China. This of course would probably cost more than the items. Utter madness. Insulting actually. Jeannie then said I could send them back to London address and they would issue a full refund. I have done this, sent proof of postal tracking, and have not yet had my refund. Never order from this company.

I have been waiting 6 weeks for a order that I didn’t even want. I tried to cancel my order the day after I made it because I was told that the “express delivery” time was 2 weeks and was they told that it was to late to cancel as my package was already sent. I have been waiting 6 weeks for my “express delivery” package!! I then opened the package to find I had been sent 2 products, I then checked my email and notice I had been charged 3 times for an order I didn’t want in the first place!! I have been emailing back a forth for almost a week demanding a refund and been offered a 40% refund, 50% refund, 75% refund and when I was final offered a full refund I was told I would have to return the package to do so. So I explained that this was outstanding my poor service and I have never had to pay for return cost before, and I won’t be due to how much on an inconvenience this combat that repeatedly been. Their replay was an address to send the package to before I get my refund. I have been going in circles with these people who owe me money on 2 unwanted poor quality products and need to refund me back 3 orders. I am furious !!

Had no problem with the company whatsoever. Everything went smooth plus communication with customer service was good. Had quick response and all matters were sorted. Thank you.

Bought a neck massager. Charged to time. Pressed remote. Does not work, except the beep. Seems light and flimsy. Contacted for return details. Am entitled to a refund. But haven’t heard from them. Wish I saw this website beforehand! Disappointed with the product.

no receipt from them for order. Purchased using PayPal and opened a dispute after email bounced back from email address given. They are not based in London as stated on their website.

Looking at PayPal it seems it is a company possibly in China. 2-4 business days for delivery and still not even an email over a week later but states on PayPal that it is shipped by a company called NONE - yeah as in no one has sent anything but they steal your money.

Use Amazon & PayPal for purchases. Too many scams these days. Avoid this FAKE company

I have emailed your 'info'about an item ordered on 3rd April (207666). The reply from Jeannie suggested that the tracking hadn't been updated (an automatic message going by the number of people who have complained). I want to know when this will be delivered as it is needed for a specific reason.

Finally received my product, wish I hadn't. I paid £25 for the eyebrow the same ones are £3 on ebay. Shocking quality. I have already asked for my money back and contacted PayPal.
Company are not keen on refunding me.

Avoid at all costs this is no way a uk site all I want to do is return the goods Ihave as the quality is not good at.
Sent various emails and had responses of someone called jeannie offering me 40% then 50% refund and keep the goods.

I ordered from this company months ago and ever since have been fobbed off with fake emails from a so called Jeannie. These emails arriving in my inbox in the middle of night!!! Fake company, fake emails. This company should be reported and shut down.

They claim they are based in the uk according to their website address but they don’t exist under it when you do your research. The phone number provided is non contactable too.
I’ve requested my refund more than 5 times and repeatedly get a response that i will be sent my order... blar blar blar!!!! You have stolen my money and clearly scam many customers based on your reviews. I will now have to go through my bank to recover my money.
