I’m trying to email them to return my goods for refund, everytime I email Jeannie just sends back an email, saying your goods should be with you soon. Nothing to do with refund, I have my goods already!

I want to state that Ben has arranged a full refund for me, he was an absolute professional and emailed me to correct the issue. Thank you Ben for being so understanding.

I bought skin acne treatment called dransolvalt . That cost me £70. I was ok to wait it for 5 weeks to arrive from China to United Kingdom. But unfortunately I didn’t read a review before buying from them....after one month my item stop working and I am waiting from them already more than a month for a reply. I did send several emails but no answer. Still waiting. As I understand later it looks like products are fake one.

I ordered LED lights to go round a mirror for a vanity table I have recently purchased and still haven’t had any sort of contact for delivery... it’s been 2 weeks!!
I emailed the company over a week ago and got a response from ‘Jeannie’ who informed me that ‘they must have just forgotten to send me the delivery email’, but I still haven’t had any sort of response.
I have raised the case with PayPal to get my money back.
I just wish I checked the reviews before ordering!

I ordered a neck massager for £50 which turned up looking cheap and did not work at all. I reached out to customer services who in fairness were helpful and resent another item. This one turned up and had exactly the same issue (turns on but doesn’t do anything but electrocute you). At this point I requested a refund and was offered 20% and to keep the items. We ended up going back and forth over several emails trying to get a full refund (given the item is clearly faulty and is of no use to me at all). I offered to send both back but was not prepared to pay the costs to send them tracked as requested and they informed me they could not send shipping labels. In the end I’ve settled for a 75% refund which I’m still disappointed with. Though Jeannie was responsive and keen to support, it’s clear this company are not offering genuine products and/or services as they’re happy their customers are out of pocket for items that are rubbish!
I don’t often leave reviews, but I really feel it needs to be noted how much of a waste of time and money ordering from here was.

I would give it a zero if I could. Whoever has given it more than 1 star is definately a fake. Miss "jeannie" is incredibly unhelpful, and only responds to select emails after 12am. Clearly posing to be a British company but clearly operating from Hong Kong. These products are fake and sooooo cheap. I bought a £90 ultrasonic cavitation device and later saw other companies selling the exact same one for £10. And the prodect wasnt even as seen on the website. I knew something was wrong when they shipped it from Hong Kong. You fight for a refund, then they dont even give it.
Report this company to gov.uk. Absolutely disgusting. Bad bad karma for miss "jeanie" the scammer.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, last week I requested some information about when I could expect my order as I hadn't heard anything. I have emailed again this week to be told the exact same thing. That it's on it's way and will be with me soon and someone must have forgotten to update tracking. The tracking number doesn't work, the app has no information about where it is. Initially I just wanted a rough idea of when it will arrive.

Order has now been cancelled and a full refund issued, thank you for your help.

I did purchase an item on their website, but when I realised that I ordered the wrong item, it was too late as payment was made. I did email customer service few hours after and according to so many bad reviews I was a bit worry. WRONG !!! Less than 24h after I did get an email from them (Jeannie) and my order was cancelled as requested and refund was made and confirmed immediately with no hassle or question. So I can't leave any review about their product but for the customer service it's a big well done 5/5 ...Thanks Jeannie

Warning! I would give zero stars if I could. Do not go near this company with a barge pole. They’re shipping from China (if they’re even shipping) and pretending to be a UK company.

I placed an order in January 27th which has still not arrived (it’s now mid March). The “tracking number” given is bogus and doesn’t work, and says ‘not found.’

I emailed after 3 weeks to enquire what was going on. (I had zero updates at all) I think that’s more than fair! ‘Jeannie’ replies and asks me to confirm my shipping address (seriously? stop pretending you don’t know the address) and claims they’ll “resend” my order.

As I knew would happen, several more weeks and still nothing. I asked several times for a refund and was ignored or asked to “give another chance.” Sorry, no. That’s not how the law here works.

Clearly this is a scam and no product is or was ever going to arrive. Avoid like the plague. I am now going to go through my bank and attempt to get my money back that way.

UPDATE - “Jeannie” is now promising to ‘ship’ for the third time and thanks me for my patience and understanding. I’ve asked for a refund now SIX times, and I’ve been ignored every time. This is beyond a joke. I don’t want your fake product. I want my money back.

Latest update on my order! I left a review a few days ago stated I would give them 0 stars. I now have had a reply saying they have magically found stock for my order and it’s lucky because they have stopped making it! The lies this company come out with it embarrassing! I spoke to a guy called Ben offering me 40% refund if I removed my review! I demanded I want my full refund back and they are now ignoring my request and saying the wait will be worth it! I now have request a charge back from my bank. This company is a joke I would avoid at all cost!!

Bought a crossover bra for £29.95. Ordered correct size, as I DO know my own bust size, and it wouldn't fit a pubescent teenager!!!!. Still fighting to get a full refund. Offered me 20%, then 50% & keep the bra....they obviously don't want their crap back. Now I have to pay for return to China, and prove I've sent it before I get a refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE....They got one star because I couldn't continue until they got something.

They are definitely scammers. I ordered Anti-Aging Magic concealer and they sent me Play tight Embellish for eye? A very cheap replacement. I read other reviews with this same pattern. I can’t be dealing with this kind of people. The wrath of God one day will caught up with them. You poor souls. I will be reading reviews from now on before purchasing anything. Lesson learnt.

Ordered an item which was faulty when it arrived, I emailed and was told that they would send me out a replacement, this was on 25th January. 6 weeks later and I still haven’t received the item. I contacted them again a couple weeks ago to be told it was on the way and that the tracking info had not been updated but now no one is responding to my emails. Would not recommend buying from!

Where is my item?
Why is it taking so long is it coming from another country its been weeks and I can't track it without signing up to an app that I've never heard of 'shop' I've had an email over a week ago saying it's out for delivery

If this was for customer service it'd be 5 stars - Ben was brilliant and I had an instant refund.
However, the product was not good and is unusable so I wouldn't buy from this site again.

Understand that you are in China but I haven’t had a response to my email about selecting the colours.

I have received an email on Monday saying my order was dispatched, I still haven’t received it and the tracking link is in Chinese?

After a bad start and reading reviews on here I must to say I was pleasantly surprised. After got in touch I was given refund straight away , explanation and an apology, what else you can ask!!
Please ignore negative reviews, this is actually decent company which takes care about their customers. Reply is instant, helpful and positive outcome, would recommend this site to everyone . Nowadays so many sites which can’t be trusted, after reading comments on here I thought here we go , wasted my time and money, but they proved me wrong. Well done and thank you!! If I could give zero stars I would, even though it says express delivery dont be fooled, all their products come from Hong Kong which would have been fine if this was explained on their website but it isn't so even though it's a co.uk website they arent based in the UK.

Bit of a shame that they don't make their process more clear. They are a UK brand that ships all of their stuff out of Hong Kong so even though it says EXPRESS delivery. That still means you're waiting up to 21 days. Nowhere in the checkout does it say that this process will take time. When you're buying from a .co.uk store and it says express shipping you just automatically assume its coming from the UK. This is majorly misconstrued and therefore, I find this brand to be deceiving. I am supporting UK brands due to the pandemic for a reason. Had I'd known I would have just gone to another website.

Do not use this company. I can't believe they are still trading to be honest. The item I received is very poor quality. I requested a return for a refund immediately.. within my 14 day window, but 'Jeannie' keeps advising she will send another one instead. Bad customer service. Bad company. Bad products. I shouldn't have to fight for a return and full refund. This company does not adhere to the Consumer Rights Act or to their own policies.
