I’m in the process of trying to recover data loaded to the iCloud Storage service. Apparently, it is necessary to move files from iCloud to a local drive one by one. Once I have moved the files to local storage, then I can delete them from iCloud.

This product is supposedly set up to make data more secure. It is not fit for purpose and there is severe danger of data loss. Hopefully, I haven’t lost anything vital.

Something isn’t right with keyboard

Downloading photos with a 1000 photo limit and no fast way to download on the photos app makes the service feel like it is trying to be as inconvenient as possible to convince more users to just pay higher tiers of icloud. Really a trust-eroding business model.

When using it to back up iPhone files, it will keep telling you that you need to upgrade to a payed service even though you have less than 5GB in it. The backing up is slow and don’t tell you how much GB it will be over the 5GB limit or what you can delete or turn off to get there. It’s a trash service to get you to buy the service instead, a vicious practice all technology companies does today

They're not sending code when you sign from different device. That's a useless features!

So I locked myself out of my account and now apple Icloud is punishing me for 12 hrs so now I can't recover anything from my account and when you try to reset, you're password they have a waiting process for that as well, and to add to it when they say you can give more info to speed up the process it just takes you to same options there's no progress this is crazy, I can get into my bank easier than this to change all of my info. It's Icloud not FORT KNOX

Ome minute I get email saying my icloud is block then today get email with the threat of having blocked when will these clowns except I don't use icloud or subscribe to the scamming program now icloud I'm seeking legal action against u clowns

I totally understand the frustration of people that are applying for affordable home, but this model was not designed for stile of many people from this CS, people that have no empathy or scream on you in call centers ? What is that ? Are they not there for assist ? Why are we making calls for help if we are bothering them ? They hate when receive a call, you notice by tone of their voices, plus one tells what he think and the other staff has a another completely different answer, they are fantastic. Praying for your career guys, you really do an amazing service, Ireland representatives !

iCloud was the second worse thing in my life. The first was the war that took my home.

Don’t even try to sync your photos library with this shit. It will give you 10 reasons why it can’t import your photos.

Im going to android iphones are retarded and so are icloud. I smashed up 4 iphones in my life because of icloud. Its rubbish it deletes your old apps by offloading them and when you try redownload it it tells you its been discontinued even though you paid for the app. Icloud charges you twice for things and refuse to refund you a lot of times you ask for a refund. Apple regularly steals from your card and if you call the bank to claim the money back they freeze your apple account so you cant use the things u paid for. The advisors are all stupid and dont even speak english as their first language. The customer services are aboit as good as rockstar setvices

iCloud erases photo's without warning from Iphone!
my doughter was using iCloud as a backup for her precious photo's. Storing photo's on Iphone was always on, but iCloud decided without any communication to have only small copies on the Iphone instead of the real images. When iCloud wanted more money from me because the space we were using was more than our small subscription allowed for, i decided to backup her photo's on a mac. After iCloud erased her images, still with the button 'on' that her images were to be stored on her phone, most photo's disappeared!!!!! After two months of communicating with the helpdesk nothing was resolved and mostly amateuristic wrong/conflicting advise was given. So thank you Apple for stealing 7Gb of images from my daughter.... For a company that would have the most user friendly environment SHAMEFUL!

iCloud Mail is absolutely hopeless - never works.

I keep getting locked out of my icloud email, this is probably the 3rd or 4th time in a month. So frustrated that I have made a new email account.

I purchased a hybrid mattress from DreamCloud seven months ago and waited 72 hours before sleeping on it. The mattress never fully expanded on one side. A definite change from a lower to a higher surface mid mattress hinders lying in the center.

When FedEx delivered, the mattress box was broken open. When I called Dream Cloud, they said they could not do anything once it left the warehouse.

Useless. Whem login in via my pc/browser i have to do all the qr code scanning etc nonsense even tho i have checked REMBER MY COMPUTER. This thing has very short memory.

After turning on iCloud for Calendars and Contacts, I found out that iCloud on provides for a very small amount of space for Notes that come over from Microsoft Outlook Notes. Thus, a huge amount of information that I have captured over many years in Microsoft Outlook Notes was lost. Thus, I do not recommend using iCloud for your Contacts. If Apple cannot fix this major problem, it should at a minimum provide a warning that most of the information in Outlook Notes will be lost if you use iCloud.

Minus 5 if I could. Recently they updated the website for Nevada H20 and it's actually worse than before. Not able to view any invoices but they sure put amounts due on the site to be paid. Also when you log out it goes to a 404 NOT FOUND URL.....worst online company I've ever dealt with as far as website maintenance.......not able to get any information about accounts and the activity is NEVER shown.

I tried to login The password is not working, I know the password so I decided to make a new one. Renewed my passwords but it won't let me in. Stay away from ICloud.
