I contacted IC Markets EU support…

I contacted IC Markets EU support because I needed help understanding the account verification process and the availability of MT5 instruments such as US 500.

Markos assisted me quickly and clearly, explaining the account requirements, leverage conditions and the next steps for verification. The support was professional, responsive and helpful.

So far, my experience with the support service has been very positive.

Very responsive and professional…

Very responsive and professional customer support. Markos answered all my questions clearly regarding my MT5 account and leverage options. Even though changing the leverage on the existing account wasn’t possible, he immediately provided a simple alternative solution. Thanks again for the fast and helpful support!
