when it comes to service

when it comes to service, they are quick to step in. i honestly did not expect to get to speak to a real person so quickly when i had technical issues. the dashboard and freedom they provide is great. going to stick around and see if this will be my main trading platform.

Going for a law suit against IC markets…

Going for a law suit against IC markets LTD (EU), for falsely claiming I'm a proffessional trader, offering above 1:30 leverage (which is illegal in the EU) and unfair practices.

The Dutch court has already spoken out that CFD brokers who offer illegal leverage have to pay their clients back. Multiple simular cases have passed where the client is right and the broker has to pay the client back.

If you register as an EUROPEAN client. IC markets does not follow the rules and cut leverage to <1:30 . They instead transfer you to their other 'firm' which is RAW trading. This way they try to work around European law. But this fact is also illegal since through KYC it becomes clear where the client lives so he should be placed under the European firm. This is obviously a smart trick.

Check out cfd broker dutch lawsuit and you will see many promising things. Already got a lawyer to write IC markets.

I will keep you guys updated
* I'm writing under a different name, and email addrress. So if ICmarkets responds and is unable to find me in the client register, it is for this reason.
