I purchased this product at what I considered a reasonable price, quality good, only wished the beans were contained within their own bag so you could wash the outer in a washing machine, good size and the jumbo cord is nice and soft to the touch..overall, very pleased.

Everything about this product and company was perfect
Firstly the delivery was next day. Brilliant.
Secondly I loved that it wasn't full of the beans and it had a massive bag of beans enclosed so you can decide how much you want to fill it up according to your own preference.
Thirdly is was a Mothers Day gift from our kids to their mum and she LOVES IT.
Now considering getting another one. Highly recommended guys.

Poor delvery
Ordered Bean bag chair with free stool.
Only had chair delivered.
Thought it was a mistake by delivery company as they also ignored my i struction to leave in porch and left on my doorstep. But i called up Icon and it turned out footstool wasnt dispatched from warehouse, so they had to request another delivey which took another 2 days and was again left on doorstep.
However overall product is amazing i love it

Purchased a bean bag from these guys…
Purchased a bean bag from these guys and when the dispatch email came it gave me the wrong tracking number I left it as DPD normally email you. The next day DPD emailed me and gave me a delivery window. DPD aren’t the best in my area and the driver put a random house picture nowhere near my house and stated I wasn’t in. I then proceeded to email beanbagabazaar and got some wired responses back via email. I can’t prove it but I think it’s an ai bot but an unintelligent one and asked me information for which I have already provided in the email. I responded back with something completely different than it asked for and it accepted it. This is ridiculous. DPD are useless at deliveries but these lot are useless at customer service! I don’t know what’s worse. Sort it out and get a real understanding human to get back to me.
