Alexander was super amazing. Friendly and very informative. I usually don’t write reviews because I believe people should be entitled to form their own opinion but this man was fun to talk to all while getting the information and stuff I needed. Thank you again Alexander! Also we got to do that podcast! Haha

The team at Life Saver responded promptly to questions and helped steer me in the right direction for the product I needed, for our demands. This also helped me save money! Not only that they have been working hard to get said product to me due to some new EPA regulations and have been keeping my updated how it went, with out having to be asked. This is is my 3rd Life saver product and all of their products have exceeded my expectations.

On another note this company and their products are on the top tier in my opinion. Not only that when you read the description and watch a couple of the videos you will learn that they do exactly what they say nothing hidden and no suprises. As in " oh now that have this thing, you should also order this"

Currently experiencing a potable water crisis where I live, so I saw that this product was highly rated and perfect for what I needed. I ordered the Lifesaver Jerry Can through a national outdoor product retailer, REI. Product arrived within 3 days, which was perfect. However, after unboxing the item and inspecting it, I realized that the Ultra Filter cartridge was missing entirely. I initially reached out to Lifesaver and advised them of the issue, but they instead just referred me back to REI. I called REI and they immediately provided assistance and advised that this was a known issue from the maker of the product, Lifesaver, that the Jerry cans were being shipped without the most important part of the product… As expensive as this product is, you would expect better quality control and customer service from the manufacturer. Reconsider purchasing this online, especially if you are in an emergency situation needing clean water.

Excellent customer service.
Recently bought the their new Wayfarer filter. Unfortunately had an issue with it.
Contacted Lifesaver via email and within a few hours the problem was diagnosed and a new part was posted. Filter now back up and running again.
Update: Once again the same problem has arisen, the duck bill valve has split again. Had not used since previous fault. Luckily I was checking to make sure all was well before taking it out with me, not out in the field. I am fully aware on pumping speed having had a MSR Waterworks 2 for over 20 years with no problem. I am also thinking the filter is no longer any good even though it's been stored correctly and only had about 30 litres through it. I have had no problems with the LIfesaver water bottle.

My order was placed, and delivered in a timely manor, with the ability to track my order's progress. One thing I would have liked to see, is a paper insert with the product explaining procedure to properly prep, install, and maintain replacement filter. It was necessary for me to locate and download the manual to obtain the proper procedure. Even then, descriptions defined, sometimes refers you to another page in the manual to inform of additional steps that although redundant, should have printed another instance of the info, rather than make you jump back and forth in the manual. Makes it easy for mistakes to the integrity to be compromised.

Great product, fast delivery & well worth getting. The water tastes great and is very simple to fill and use. Would recommend.
