We ordered three times from Icon Mobel. Once the Nelson Chair for our apartment in Barcelona from their subsidiary Mueble Design. It arrived in a couple of days and was of superb quality.
Once the Ice table for our apartment in Vienna, again excellent experience. I left both times 5 stars on Trust Pilot.
Unfortunately the third order (leather Egg Chair and ottomane) went wrong. The quality and craftsmanship were extremely poor, the reclining and lifting mechanism dd not work.
Upon receiving the product we immediately contacted them through their website to ask for a return sheet. There was no answer for more than a week. Nobody answers the Spanish number listed on website. We sent an email but did not get response. Finally we sent them a Burofax and are waiting for response + the refund of 1,235 Euros.
I am giving this experience so far 2 stars (fast delivery).
14 February update: We wrote on a new email address that we found on Trusted Shops. We received an answer the following day and the return process has apparently started now.
21 February update: Once the return process started, the pick up was in 2 days' time. We are now waiting for the goods to reach the warehouse and our money to be repaid.

I order 5 bar stools,I relised that I had ordered the wrong size,I have e-mailed the company twice have tried to call them ,I have received know reply from them,I wanted to cancel my order but I have heard nothing,DO NOT try to call them you will be charged for the call as well as not being able to speak to anyone,I am very worried that I will not receive a refund,do not order from this company,I think it’s a fake company…

FRAUD!- Furniture’s returned as agreed, but no refund is being paid. Icon Mobel de. has confirmed they received the undamaged return of the furniture and that the refund is legit. It is now six (6) moths with constant promises that the money will be returned to my bank account “in a few days”.

Do not buy anything from this company! I cancelled my furniture order since the delivery was way delayed. Everything was supposed to be ok but never got my money back. Stay away!!
EDIT 15.4.2024: I sent the info as advised through the link 10 days ago, but haven't heard anything back, no message, no money, no nothing. It would be easier they just dealed with this without needing to claim a police report.
EDIT 2 / 24.4.2024: By today, money has finally landed in my bank account. Worth rating publicly! :)

This year we bought a Jason lounge chair made of real leather. The delivery was faster, we were able to agree on the exact time of delivery. The chair itself is extremely beautiful as in the picture and made of high-quality material. We are very satisfied.
Didnt't deliver ordered items. Requested refund, said it takes up to 90 days. Didn't return money and said they don't have money to return, but I can choose another item instead. This is over 6 months since the order.

Quality of the goods is what you pay for, no more and no less.
Model isn't an exact replica, but looks like the original.
WARNING!! After cancelling an order for a lamp because of extended delivery time we received a confirmation we would be refunded the whole amount within maximum 60 days. This was in October. Despite several attempt to have a conversation with their customer "service" all we get is that they dont know when the refund will be made. Very disappointed. We have made a claim with the police and will also go on EU level.
Can't be trusted. At the time of ordering, delivery time said 1-2 weeks, today the website still says 4 weeks. I ordered in November and after calling 3 times, emailing and speaking to someone through the chat function I understand that it will be March 15 at the earliest. The fact that these timelines bring me in a very difficult position doesn't seem to bother them as I cant talk to anyone beyond the service desk who basically has no authority.

Everything went great and the table was perfect and good quality.
The chair I ordered came 2 weeks late and damaged, and when I reported the damage I was told I have to report within 24 hrs. Therefore my claim was denied and I now have a damaged €700+ office chair.
It will take you days to get an answer from customer service and when you do, you get close to zero service.
The quality of the chair looks nice but I also found the same chair on other shops.
I will probably not order again.
