Satisfied with the process. Easy to understand and quick access to everything. Within three days, the company is formed, with all verifications completed. The most attractive thing is the packages they offered. I don't take some offers at the start, but now I want them, so in my opinion, take all the benefits at the discounted price before formation.

I applied for my company formation on Friday, Feb 13th. The verification process was smooth and straightforward. Despite the weekend, I received all my documents and my fully registered company by Tuesday, Feb 17th.

I have made an incorporation request but got invalidated in 24h after receiving a notification of missing information and when I tried to do it the second time I found out that the cost of incorporation has doubled.

The vast range of services they provide and the clarity of what comes with the packages that you purchase. The interface is very user-friendly and easy to interact with, and it is very easy to make contact with a customer service representative, when having issues. What could be slightly improved is correspondence time, I feel as if emails could be responded to quicker. Other than that no issues!

I am very disappointed with Icon Office. At the beginning, they advertised their service as costing £19 per year, but after I signed up, they gradually asked for more and more money for other services that were not clearly explained at the start. This feels misleading and dishonest.
What is worse is that they did not resolve my problem properly. Their customer service is very slow to respond, and I kept waiting without getting a clear solution. Instead of helping me, the situation became more stressful and confusing.
Because of the way I was treated, I was even encouraged to consider complaining to local authorities and East Ham London UK MP, which shows how serious the situation became. This should never happen with a professional company.
Overall, my experience with Icon Office has been extremely negative. I do not recommend purchasing a virtual or rental office service from them. Be very careful before giving them your money

As per our various correspondence with you:
1) You purchased the wrong package and then began demanding services that you had to not paid for and resorted to blackmailing us unless we delivered them.
2) You failed our ID / KYC checks by providing incomplete ID documents.
3) You were told that you were not authorised to use our address until your ID checks were complete but registered a company to our address anyway - You registered it incorrectly to the wrong address in our building, in the process!
Despite giving your clear instructions on how to proceed you failed to cooperate and continued to demand we provide you with services that you had not paid for.
In the end as a result of your errors and unprofessional conduct we had to close your account and offboard you. Your money was refunded to you in full.
We wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

This is the most ridiculous company the world has ever seen. I pay them so much money every month and I cannot get hold of them. Your phone number doesn’t work. You do not reply to emails. Very poor response
Very poor response, no proper customer service on website mentioned that they available 24/7 but no way, even when online on whatsapp still not responding, i have also called many times over phone but voicemail is active. For everything they ask for money , i have got letter from HMRC but i am unable to get that letter as they asking to upgrade my package and when i try to upgrade its again asking money for the things which i have already paid for , and only to get that letter on scan they are forcing me to buy already purchased service again. And even not allowing me to get that letter through royal mail or evri collection. Not also sending themselves when i trying to send me through courier they asking again to upgrade my package. I made big mistake by gone through creating my company through the..SCAM

You have purchased the wrong package from us. You have purchased our cheapest package which does not come with a scanning feature for post. It is a "collection only" package and is not suitable for people who cannot visit our office to collect their post in person. To rectify your error you are required to purchase the correct package that matches your requirements. Unfortunately we are not able to provide you with a service that you have not paid for.
