Icon offices, which are supervised by the HMRC, have been amazing and kind in assisting me of company formation and registration as well as offering additional amazing services free of charge, will definitely reccommend.

I am giving Icon Offices 3 stars because, while they did eventually complete my company incorporation, the communication process to get there was a bit frustrating and disorganised.

​I initially submitted my verification documents back in January, but I never received any confirmation or follow-up. When I tried to chase this up via phone, there was essentially crickets. Voicemails went completely unreturned, and I never received a single call-back.

​What I have realised recently is that their email support yields a much better response rate than trying to ring them. However, even via email, you have to be extremely proactive. Messages can still be missed, and internal processing delays mean you often have to prompt them to push your application to the next step.

​They provide a good underlying service for the price, but if you use them, be prepared to manage the process yourself. Do not rely on their phone lines, keep all your communication to email, and be ready to follow up to get things over the line

I selected this company to assist with my Gov.uk ID verification check. After paying for the service, I received an email stating they hadn't received my verification documents. I promptly resent the documents via WeTransfer and waited five days for them to download and process the files. Unfortunately, their team never accessed the documents and instead requested that I send them again. I complied immediately the same day, but received no acknowledgment that the documents had been received.
When Companies House rejected the submission, the company finally responded—only to inform me of the rejection. I submitted alternative documents, but have heard nothing since.
I then requested a refund using another email address listed on their website. A representative responded initially, but since Thursday, March 12th, I have received no further communication. If there are additional fees for their services, this should be made clear from the outset. As it stands, I'm unclear what level of service I'm paying for, given the extremely slow response times and lack of follow-through.

Fast process and as easy as can be they do all the work for you to what ever stage you need help with !

I created my account 4 months ago but activated it a month ago but they charged me for all 4 months which was never stated anywhere. But I still payed for it and they took the money from my card but won't activate my account even after 4 days and not responding to any of my emails. The live chat is only for the new customers, what kind of discrimination in customer service.

I would advise business owners to beware! Icon appear to offer many services but the service quality is poor to say the least.
Once they have your custom, there is nobody to speak to with queries/concerns. Emails are answered 24-48 hours later with incorrect information. The phone number is answered by a receptionist who is unable to help with queries and sends an email to the team. Emails are responded to with useless information. Web chat is only available for prospective customers! Very frustrating experience. Avoid!

I'm impressed with Thier service and how fast they incorporate the company, but they didn't send a reminder when I misunderstood the email and didn't forward my profile code ,no reminder or follow up to do so even after several days of me not understanding the email

I contacted Icon Offices three times yesterday and again today as a prospective client and have yet to receive a response.

If a provider is unable to respond to a live lead, it raises serious concerns about how they would handle urgent matters once you are a paying customer particularly when dealing with registered office services and official correspondence.

Responsiveness and reliability are fundamental in this sector. Based on my experience so far, I would urge others to proceed with caution.
