there when you need a spot
Finding parking in NYC gets to be difficult, but icon with their many locations has given me the comfort to be able to park nearby to a lot of my destinations in the city. In addition, parking is expensive in NYC, but Icon gives competitive pricing.

Entrance was too crowded by parked cars…had to back up a little so my wife could open the front passenger door to get out of the car. Staff was very courteous though.

False advertising and bait and switch…
False advertising and bait and switch tactics. I paid in advance for parking and included my vehicle information (small Subaru SUV). At check out they charged me an oversized vehicle rate on top of what I prepaid. Such BS. They never told me at check in or on the app. I’m pissed.

Please note that before our website allows you to finalize your booking, it is required that you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions which states that an oversize fee will be collected at checkout at the location if your vehicle does not meet the standard requirement. The general rule that determines if a vehicle is oversize requires the vehicle to be 181 inches in length or longer, or, 65 inches in height or higher.
Tried to cancel my reservation…
I have used Icon once before. I reserved a spot and then needed to cancel my reservation. The link to cancel brings you to an error page. You try to call, no answer, you email them to request a cancellation, no response.

I pulled up to the garage and could not get in. No one was there in the booth. I had to park elsewhere and was still charged.
