Arrived at garage and was refused…

Arrived at garage and was refused entry. Explained I had a prepaid reservation and they said it had been canceled and refunded. It had not been canceled or refunded.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive at the garage and be denied entry despite having a prepaid reservation. That is certainly not the experience we want for our customers.

Unused reservation has been cancelled. Please kindly allow 3-5 business days for a refund to reflect on your credit card.

horrible pick up experience

quick drop off, but when I went to pick up my car I had to wait for almost 10 minutes for someone to help me meanwhile they were sitting in the office at the computer. when one of the gentleman finally begins to help me and take my ticket and ask for my QR code that I prepaid he then said I needed to wait for someone else to help me instead. mind you it was 11 degrees outside and has already been waiting. I had to stress concern for long wait in the cold and lack of assistance and then he decided to help me.

prepaid parking was not honored

I prepaid for parking for my wife's car. when she checked out after parking the attendant forced her to pay $45 overtime charge even though she was 10 minutes earlier than her pre-paid check out time.

Dissapointed

Unfortunately for me my brand new car was damaged when I received it. I hope all is taken care of. Lets see. I know accidensts happen however I am disappointed.
