Confirmation didn’t have qr code at…

Confirmation didn’t have qr code at check in until person at garage found it with phone number.
Reservation had ro be done with your office. Not able to do online
Your computer had problems.
Long time customer- not good.

Always park here!

The attendant is very kind and helpful! I have the option of a closer parking garage, but choose this one because of the attendant.

Problem with pricing

Paid $43 from app when I arrived. When I was leaving the garage I was told I owed $78. Showing I paid on the app ( got discount ) still owed another $8 because of time (?). Did not like to be blindsided and why didn’t first price count as sufficient?

Overbooking

We reserved this lot online over 24 hours beforehand and when we showed up the lot was full and they couldn’t accommodate us. The reservation didn’t let me cancel afterwards either. Horrible business practice filling lot over capacity so people who prebook can’t fit.

This isn’t the first time this has happened to us either. Please fix bookings so when you prepay your spot is reserved.

I’m a little disappointed that I…

I’m a little disappointed that I prepaid $43 for 2 1/2 hours but was charged even more, $8, when I picked up my car. My scheduled time was 11:30am-2pm but the actual time stayed was from 11:05am -1:35pm. I think it’s unfair. I use icon all the time for my parking needs but now I guess I have to consider other parking places even if I have to walk 10 blocks for a cheaper rate. Paying tolls, congestion pricing and parking is a lot.

Icon Go a disaster

Icon Go a disaster. Made using my account info, but got no confirmation and app lost the reservation. Never went there, no way to share the reservation with another driver, and I’m out $58.

We took the trouble to prepay our…

We took the trouble to prepay our reservation at 13th st in Manhattan, only to be refused. The attendant, without looking at our reservation, said they were full.
He told me to contact ICON for refund.

UPDATE:
Icon returned our payment. I appreciate that they reached out to me based upon our review.
I am updating the review to three stars, based upon the refund.

I reserved the garage about a month in…

I reserved the garage about a month in advance only to arrive and find out that they overbooked and were full. The man working there was super nice and sent me to another garage 3 blocks away. He said that they would honor my prepaid reservation. When I went to the other garage, they told me they couldn't honor it. They eventually took it, so I don't know if it was just a misunderstanding between the 2 garages that they would accept the overflow from the first. It worked out, but was annoying and time consuming.

Not worth using the app and booking

1 - I should be able to build up my rewards to use the discount when I want, to include parking free for a day when enough points are earned. Not automatically getting the discount on each charge.
Also to get $5.00 discount then a 1.99 convenience fee that is ridiculous. I paid $47 dollars for 2 hours of parking and only saved $3.

2 I paid $47 for 2 hours of parking and I was 15 minutes late and was charged an additional $6. So overall I paid $54 for 2 hours of parking.

It's beyond me how you can give a $5 discount only to charge a $1.99 fee

There are way too many garages in the city to park and not deal with these issues. I am considering not using this program going forward.

Charlie, we found that our customers benefit more using Icon Rewards members and receiving 10% off their daily parking each time.

Please note that before our website allows you to finalize your booking, it is required that you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions which states that if you arrive before the reservation time, or, exit after the reservation time, you will be subject to pay for the time parked outside of your reservation. This is calculated automatically, and the payment will be required at the time of check-out.

Our convenience fee on daily transactions offsets the costs of maintaining and optimizing our technology and supporting future service developments to provide a seamless, hassle-free parking experience for our customers.
