I was just charged an additional $27.46…

I was just charged an additional $27.46 on top of my reservation fee of $33. I got to the garage at 9:47 pm and the attendant said I owed more or he wouldn't give me my car. I showed him my reservation below that shows I paid and had till 9:48 pm but he wouldn't listen. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I would like my money refunded please.

We understand how upsetting this situation must have been, especially since your reservation clearly showed coverage through 9:48 pm. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused at the garage.

Attendant service

The only negative was the lack of normal phone connectivity in the garage, but the attendant was able to connect to the local network to complete our transaction.

Lost my car

When I went pick up my car they said that they couldn’t find it. After I insisted it was there they found d it. So unprofessional.

Rude Attendant at Aspen

I have been using Icon parking exclusively over the last 5 years. I had been to this location before and found everyone to be very friendly..except for my last 2 visits. So on the previous visit, I entered and theybwere moving some cars around. The attendant told me to keep moving up..so I pasted the "stop here" sign. When I got out of the car he actually scolded me for going past the stop sign. Even though he was the one who told me to keep moving forward. Today I entered the same location and in order not to repeat the same thing i stopped just short of the "stop here" sign and when I got out he actually told me next time to go all the way to the stop sign..there were no other cars mo i g and i was not blocking anyone. He just seems very rude.

I LOVE THIS GARAGE. I love the people who work there, who are warm, efficient, and very professional. Easy to drive in, attentive service. My favorite ICON.
