I went to the direction 11east 1st street in new york with my reservation payed and the worker told me that the company has changed and my reservation it doesn’t exists and if i want to park the price will be more than double. Its a scam and i felt very bad. Besides i tried to cancel my reservation in order to recover my money and neither. I felt cheated

Very convenient. Operator tried to tell me that my station wagon is oversized but it isn’t. Seemed like they wanted to charge me an extra fee for no reason. Thank goodness I used the app to pay ahead and there was no negotiation that needed to take place.
