Lip Service - not customer service but systematic overcharging
Lip Service - Thank you, Icon for the audit trail and continued lip service. I have been dealing with a problem with you for over a year, since I first brought it to your attention. You have NOT fixed it. What you have done is continue to overcharge me hundreds of dollars a month. When I try to contact you by phone or email, I get caught in an endless loop with an AI chatbot that actually handles your customers and is absolutely dealing with this feedback. Icon Parking having an AI chatbot stating that you are committed to customer satisfaction is not the same as being committed to customer satisfaction, because if you were, I would not be considering a class action lawsuit based on fraud, misrepresentation, and systematic overcharging to actually resolve my matter with you and not have to deal with your AI roadblock.
