Not the best experience. I always park at this garage once a month. I prepay parking on the icon go app.
They did not want to let me in as they said they were full and it is a hotel garage.
It is my understanding that if I use the icon go app with pre pay I am guaranteed parking.
They finally agreed to let me in. It was very frustrating and I was late for my appointment.

Took forever to get checked out and…
Took forever to get checked out and vehicle down from the lift. Waited easily 15min, only to witness attendents loading around the lower floor the entire time. Witness multiple other customers receive their vehicle before me, despite checking out after, at least 3 others.

I arrived at Icon on 62st St and showed my code. My car was taken immediately. Retrieval was also easy as all I needed to do is scan the code on the phone again. Great service.

The place was understaffed and it took 10 minutes for my car to be checked in. It did not matter that I booked a reservation in advance.
I overpaid for parking
I overpaid for parking. I stayed two hours and it would have been cheaper to just pay the price then to pre-purchase. It did not allow me to pick a shorter time and automatically gave me 12 hours.

Great service. I love the lack of need to wait for a ticket and the reservation system.

The staff is always accommodating when I park at this garage! Garage is clean and well lit. I always have great experience there!
Technically rating should be zero…
Technically rating should be zero stars. I was not able to get in the parking lot due to a long line of cars and wait time of over 20 minutes. I ended up parking on the street. I understand when I prepaid for parking it is not refundable but I certainly should get a refund.
