Same here, pre pay this garage was closed!

Same here this garage is closed! Line is busy when you call how can they accept pre pay and you get there its closed
Icon parking says they are refunding money! Hope so take this garage off your list!!

Prepaid Parking Voucher Deception

I would have given 5 stars but for the additional charge I had to pay at the parking garage after I presented a prepaid parking voucher.
No where on your website does it state this. I prepaid nearly a week prior to parking and was charged $30 plus a $3 fee total $33. When I pulled into the garage at first I was told there’s no parking even though there was plenty of space available. After I showed the attendant the prepaid voucher he said ok not knowing I had it. Then he stated that there would be an extra charge for a large SUV and that I had to pay it when I left. I asked him how much extra and he said about $15 when it actually came to over $18 extra. As I was attending an important meeting I had no alternative but to pay it. The attendant was friendly and understanding but had no authority to override the extra charge. I’ve used ICON PARKING GARAGES before and never was charged extra when prepaying for the parking. That is the reason why they have prepaid parking to pay upfront to avoid the extra cost. So BEWARE of this extra charge if you have any vehicle larger than a small car to park.

The barcode made it easy to confirm my…

The barcode made it easy to confirm my reservation when I arrived. When I selected my arrival time the website let me know my options to maximize my parking time options. I didn't receive a confirmation email as expected so I had to screenshot the confirmation from the website.
