Scam for more money
Ticket clearly states "enter after 9:45am and exit before 5:45pm"
I arrived at 10:13am and upon checking out at 4pm, I was told I incurred an added fee by arriving at 10:13am, even though I was within the parameters I paid for. If the moderator is going to reply and say "we warned you there would be additional fees", have your website developer change the wording on the reservation, because according to the receipt YOU generated, I was completely within the paid window.

ICON Parking is worth the money!
I've never had a problem at any of the ICON parking garages because the workers are always polite & professional. I commuted between Charlotte, NC & NYC for over five years an they always made the experience more bearable. Thanks for always doing a great job!

We have been using Icon Parking for a couple of years now. The various locations are great throughout Manhattan. So far every garage we’ve been to has been great.
The attendants have been professional and polite. I love making the advance reservations that are very reasonable with the rates. We tell all our friends and family to try Icon Parking when driving into Manhattan. Highly recommended.

WILL NEVER GO BACK
WILL NEVER GO BACK! Worst place I’ve ever been. Staff was absolutely horrible and tried to keep our car hostage and wouldn’t give it to us for about an hour. They were extremely rude and was yelling and cursing smacking the wall and the glass like a lunatic absolutely horrible experience would never reccomend and not only that one of the other staff members was drinking on the job….and your parking my car? Absolutely not unfortunately I didn’t know about the drinking until I came back or I never would have parked here. Anyway I belive the 2 men that worked that night should NOT BE WORKING THERE.

They asked me for a ticket and they never gave me one, I had a reservation and they just scanned it when I got there and when I left because they didn’t know what to do, wanted to charge me double even though u payed in the app.
