Full service parking
A closer, more expensive 24 hour lot recently changed their hours, so the search was on for a new garage with middle of the night access. The 40th street location fit the bill, with a less contested traffic area. Easy reservation process, no "oversize vehicle" surcharge, economical price.

do not like the new parking system…
do not like the new parking system SPACES
i can not scann my reservation when i arrive or add it to the new app.
it takes longer to check out when leaving...fumbling through 2 app and then emails to get the scan of my prepay old system was better
but all the guys ther are great and the manager...just the system sucks

I call the police to have my car back! They ask me more money even I pay in advance one day more when I make the reservation! They didn’t give me the car before the police come there! They speek without respect.

The parking garage people lost my…
The parking garage people lost my important KEY on my key chain!!!!!! I have NEVER had a problem anywhere else with this. I guess I should have removed it but never did before. I called the garage and everyone had no idea where the key was!!!!!!!!!! I now have to spend $400 to change my locks because they have my key and my information was in my car. In this crazy world it is sad I do not trust anyone. I have tried to reach out to a manager or supervisor and been unsuccessful.
