I pre paid the $650 for the 8 days

I pre paid the $650 for the 8 days. Which I thought was expensive. The guy at drop off was not particularly accommodating and didn’t seem to understand the pre pay process. He finally checked us in and said see you in a week. I show up today and was told that my BMW X5 was large and had to pay an extra $105!! Why wasn’t I told that at drop off. Just seems like a rip off. If I didn’t pay, I wasn’t getting my car.

We always strive to make the booking process as easy as possible for you and are sorry to hear that you were unaware of our oversize vehicle fee. Please note that before our website allows you to finalize your booking, it is required that you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions which states that an oversize fee of $15.00 per 24 hours will be collected at the location if your vehicle does not meet the standard requirement. The general rule that determines if a vehicle is oversize requires the vehicle to be 181 inches in length or longer, or, 65 inches in height or higher.
