I parked at the Sheraton Hotel garage. When I came back to pickup my car I heard a loud noise when I tried to shift gears to leave the garage. I called the attendant who said, he did not know what had happened. I asked to speak to the manager, the gentleman came after fifteen minutes and tried to move the car. At first, he said, he did not hear any noise. When I insisted, he said, “ we have nothing to do with it.” I asked that he filled out an incident report, he started to raise his voice and told me to call the police. Is this how Icon Parking treat customers? I called the police, and waited 45 minutes. It was getting late, I decided to cancel the request for the police to arrive, but to instead address the matter with the headquarters.
I went on the company website and was surprised to know that Icon takes great pride “to elevate the customers experience for parking” ( not this customer). The manager was rude, disregarded my complaint in its entirety, and left me standing there. Is this the way Icon elevate the customers’ experience. Please help me understand this manager ‘s aggressive behavior. This incident happened at 3:30 PM on October 24.

Its getting worse
Its getting worse. My seat was never pulled back up and they shut my lights that are automatic!!!! drove home not knowing they shut my lights. Do these parking attendants not know that the lights are automatic and should not be touched? also if you want a tip maybe you should have them pull the seat back to its original position!

No service…
I paid in advance and had a reservation, but did not bring proof of that, I said here is the card number I made the reservation with, but the manager at the parking site in NYC would not look up to see that your company was paid and that forced me to pay $72 more. Very inconsiderate. You lost a customer.

I forgot to take the ticket for my car! When I went back later he remembered me and said he tried to catch me but I didn't hear him. He was very apologetic but it was my mistake.
