Never received an email confirmation…

Never received an email confirmation and in my case could not access the garage due to street construction so I could not use the reservation. Please refund this charge.

paper prepay problem

For some Reason, my printout pre pay didn’t have a Rez number on it causing delay checking in and out of the lot. But, still saved almost $10 by prepaying

i was overcharged by attendant, he was rude and hostile, made me and my family feel very unsafe and uncomfortatable

We will investigate this incident immediately and address the behavior you described. We also want to remind you that on the reservation confirmation email, it states that An oversize vehicle surcharge will be collected at the location if the vehicle does not meet the standard size requirement. The general rule that determines if a vehicle is oversize requires the vehicle to be 181 inches in length or longer, or, 65 inches in height or higher. You vehicle was considered oversize.

Trying to expense out parking is…

Trying to expense out parking is difficult, because Icon doesn't email the final receipt.

I liked the pricing

I liked the pricing, it was fair.
I had my receipt of payment on my phone and it took a very long time to have it captured in your system.

Parking is easily accessible

Parking is easily accessible, fast procedure. Reservation was easy, and fair pricing. A quite negative experience is related to the fact, that I had problems when trying to pick up my car. They could not find my reservation any more, a confirmation message was never sent, and it was only because I had my spare key with me that they could find my car. Quite unprofessional and disorganized. Would use them again for parking, since there were no such issues in the past when using their service, but left me with a bad feeling now.
