Ample parking available but daily patrons must drive to the higher levels. No clear signage on staircase back down. All seemed as confused as we were on how to get back down.
Does not allow the gate to open even after paying on line. So to open gate one have to put in credit card again, so one gets charged twice

The guest attendant and cashier when I arrived was amazing. He was so helpful! I was stressed looking for parking and he helped me figure it out while my mind was spinning. He even found me a closer spot for a couple hours. What a relief and how grateful I am for his kindness.

There were no signs as to what floor…
There were no signs as to what floor you were on or where there was an elevator to take you down or up, extremely confusing. Plus the employee was very rude.
Will never park there again.

The parking lot is situated in a hard to park area with terrific amenities. It is worth it! Finding a spot in the garage is a little confusing with several levels reserved for monthly tenants.

Machine broke, booked in advance online and they wouldn't let me in the garage
I booked the parking reservation the night before. Showed up on the day of and was told by an attendant that the machine is broken and they could not grant us access. The garage also looked overflowed so I left wondering if that was just an excuse. Unfortunately my wife and I had to attend an event and could not be late for it so we did not stick around to deal with this ridiculous situation. We left to park at a different garage. Tried to obtain a refund online after but was not able to. $26 gone and was not even able to park there.
