I made a reservation in the parking lot…
I made a reservation in the parking lot and left the car and they told me that everything was fine, when I went to pick up the car 3 hours before the time indicated in the reservation they told me that the reservation did not cover because I arrived an hour after the check-in time. Why they didn’t let me know this when I left the car but when I was going to remove it from the parking lot. So I had to pay 2 times $36 for the reservation and $43,5 for the parking lot. I don’t think this is right.

Booking was super easy but…
Booking was super easy, liked that. What I didn’t like is that I was charged for an oversize vehicle when I have a small Honda Ridgeline pick up truck which is smaller than some sedans. The sign on the wall said extra charge for large pick up trucks. Mine is obviously not a large pick up truck. It’s actually in the compact pick up truck line. When I brought it to the attendants Attention two of them got very defensive with me, borderline rude.

Keep your confirmation info!!
I pre-paid online for 24 hr parking and didn’t realize until I got there that they didn’t send me a confirmation number. Eventhough I showed them the charge on my credit card, they refused to look up the reservation in the system and said without the number there was nothing they could do. I had to park my car in that specific area and was on a time constraint so I had to pay twice. The rest of the experience was fine and the other staff were very friendly and helpful when I picked up.
