Not accommodating - cheaper parking available 27 Beekman

No access to management with expressed concerns—awesome new parking garage opened 27 Beekman street 1 1/2 blocks away were able to provide a safe, clean, cheaper without being required to pre pay, parking area with polite and helpful staff

I'm not sure how the company can…

I'm not sure how the company can improve, i made a reservation on line through my app,but when I got there they attendance could not scan my reservations on my app even after trying numerous phones and devices it would not scan.
I have to cancel my reservations and pay full price

We did not receive confirmation or anything. It was not going through. We don’t know if we can get our money back

The website glitched and it looks like…

The website glitched and it looks like the location reset to a different garage. Which I paid for. No confirmation email was sent. Then when the person I reserved the space for showed up to park at the garage I was trying to reserve a space for she didn’t have a reservation. Soni get to pay 90 dollars twice for a place to park a car for 12 hours.

I prepaid for parking but not honored

I prepaid for parking. When I went to pick up the car the attendants said the system wasn’t acknowledging that it was already paid for. I showed them the printed confirmation and the confirmation on my phone, both saying that it was already paid for. Other cars came and went but they kept us waiting while they tried to figure it out. Finally they apparently gave up, got our car and let us go. A very upsetting experience.
